Try 3100.. All clean.

I won't even comment on caloric intake. I'm trying to figure out where to put the additional cals I need and where I plug in yet another meal! That's great your legs feel good after that killer workout yesterday!

Yeah it gets worse though. I'm cycling between 2500 and 3100. After a few days at 3100 and you step down it's miserable!

Lmao thanks man. My backs looking leaner but I'm super bloaty right now. May grab some mast to help my AI. May be carb bloat too I haven't ate this many carbs in a long while.

Thank you Kenpo! I'm so grateful that God showed me that I needed to change my lifestyle for myself and my family!! I hope to "infect" as many people as possible! Lol

"Infect"??? You mean I have a disease??? Thank god it's one I can live with!! It's the only "infection " I hope I keep. lol
 
Forgot to add...today is the first day of reverse dieting. I will be adding in 100 calories at a time to build up my metabolism. Time to put on some muscle!! I would really not like to add any fat at all so I'll be watching everything closely. Ideally, I'd like to lean out while gaining muscle! I'm open for any tips or suggestions because I have NEVER done this and am a little nervous. I'm excited to see more muscle though!

You shouldn't have any problems. It's obvious you have a high metabolism now anyway. Your body is going to reward you nicely for the additional nutrients!
 
I read somewhere u should slowly add just carbs like 10 grams a week keep pro and fats the same then just monitor your weight and composition

Basically the opposite of what I'm doing for my cut

Hmmm. I think you are better served for muscle growth to add the same ratio of macros and maybe increasing the fats a few % more than the carbs. It probably is more "person" specific though based on metabolism and what your ratios are.
Only adding a 100 cals she can play with it and see what works. I thought I had a good handle on mine and as I increased cals over 3000 I started losing weight.metabolism sped up drastically.

Right now im 220 and eating 2535 calories a day 184 pro and 64 fats rest is carbs treating me good so far

Thank you! It seems to be picking up surprisingly! I was telling Puccah the other day that since joining AM and listening to you guys-increasing my calories...I've had more progress than I had in years because I was eating 11-1500 calories for years! I never would've thought eating more would help me loose fat! Lol

Gotta be getting close to that BW bench for reps. Congrats

Got in a quick session at lunch to work on my Deadlifts and threw in some squats too. Even took a video of my squats. Excuse the video being way too close and me looking large/hideous in it! The angle is not complementary at all! Lol. (Ignore the varicose veins on my legs too! Haha)

Went for #3 w/ 195 but the hex plates rolled and it messed me up UGH! Back was crazy tight by this point. Did some hyper extensions, stretching, and rolling.

By your shin angle looks like u could widen your stance out a bit and push your knees out, toe (for me at least) should be about a 45 degree angle this is a power lifting perspective and a loose one at that do to whit I could see

Looked very easy for u
 
Squats are a little high. Too, it seems you are forcing yourself into over-extension in an attempt to remain upright. Don't crane your neck either. Look forward or downward a little in front of you. Think about your hips sinking straight down (after a slight move back). Your knees will bend, obviously, but think about initiating everything with the hips.

Hard to get much else from that angle. But great job, looks far better than the bros at my gym quarter squatting 2 plate.
