Ok, I need directions!! Orange flavor, proteins and yogurts are my favorite. Anything orange, I'm in!

Looks good Kat, is it a "fluff" dish?

Thank you! A coworker gave me the recipe. It is fluffy from the cool whip if that's what you mean. I may alter the recipe a bit though.

Her recipe called for 1 lg tub cottage cheese, 1 lg tub cool whip, 2 cans mandarin oranges in water- drained, and 1 pkg sugar free orange jello. Mix them all together and enjoy. I think I'd enjoy just Greek yogurt and orange jello mix! Lol

My free cereal hook up is officially gone, very sad day. My dad has a stash that is huge to say the least still at least.

Kelloggs Canada is done.
Hurray for more jobs gone overseas

100g Complete Pancake Mix
30g Cinnamon Swirl Cellucor Whey

8g SF/FF Pudding Mix (Vanilla)
10g PB Lean (Banana Bread Flavor)

Wet:
1 Egg
1 Egg White
170g Greek Yogurt
75g Banana (Diced up)

None

Directions

Combine all Dry (Whey, Pancake Mix Baking Powder, SF/FF Pudding Mix, PB Lean, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Splenda)

In a separate bowl mix the egg white and egg by itself and add in the Greek yogurt

Then add in the Diced Banana to the dry mixture on top of the egg and egg white and use a hand mixer to stir the mixture together it should come out as a cake batter or thick consistency before being baked.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and then use cooking spray on your Loaf Pans to coat it and prevent sticking

Transfer the mixture to the Loaf Pans and bake for around 20 minutes, use a toothpick to check Banana Bread if it are finished (it will come out with no residue on the toothpick)

Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy!

With a fantastic and dense banana flavored base, a very thick and creamy banana pudding swirl, and wafer pieces that grow in size and number as you continue down the pint this is a banana fan's dream come true. The only reason why i would rank the banana Peel-N above this is not because of the base, but because of the peanut butter cup mix-ins that i found complimented a banana base compared to a vanilla wafer. I have had 0 complaints with this pint from the base, the swirl and to the crunchy vanilla wafers that give this a great texture and compliment. Steve's really has nailed the Salty Caramel and Banana Pudding. I am starting to think their swirls are overcoming Turkey Hill as far as taste and texture go because in every single Pint I have had they continue to get bigger and better.

His needs more spices. And not a fan of the ketchup addition. I like my chili more hot/salty vs sweet. I like to mash up some of the beans for some added thickness too.

Updated my post above with macros too. Its awesome.

Do you backload your carbs?

Do you backload your carbs?

I eat most of them around my workouts. Weekends tho I usually lift in the morning/early afternoon so there is no pre meal so my post gets double carbs ha. Not nec backloading like the CBL book suggests (night only) but peri workout for sure.

Eats 200g of carbs before bed crew Sleep like a rock

I love a big meal before bed. Spectacular feeling.

Side note: pb Cheerios were a huge disappointment. Def nowhere near as good as jif. Still nothing better then Reese's tho.

Choc Cheerios however were amazing. Super chocolate ly and crunchy.
