I believe you want ALCAR for purposes you're seeking in combination with Na-R-ALA + Agmatine.

Na-R-ALA: 300mg
Agamtine: 1-2 grams
ALCAR: 1 gram

Do this once or twice during the day. BTW, this info is from Coopers recommendation .

Also, make sure either the ALCAR or Na-R-ALA are in capped form. If both are in powder form, dose them separately by 20 minutes apart.
