Just wasted more of my time re-reading the whole thing between you and Mixel, he was giving you legit information. The problem here is that he couldn't answer you in reference to how much the ecdy he suggested would cost you. Then you got butthurt and started accusing the poor guy as a snake oil saleseman.

So in summary, this is roughly what happened:

1) Guy gives you info.
2) You want to know how much the ecdy would cost you.
3) He doesn't have an answer for you (and how would he? what you are asking is basically where to source a raw ingredient from and how much this raw ingredient costs, that is typically information a bulk purchaser such as a person trying to put out a supplement product would negotiate with a provider of raw materials).
4) You get butthurt that someone can't give you a price on a raw ingredient and then go around accusing the poor guy of being a snake oil salesman.
5) I come in and point out the many flaws in your argument.
6) You start jumping around the fact that your argument has more holes than a sinking ship by bringing up amino spiking of all things.
7) At the end I had to reread this cluster fuak of a thread just to make sure I wasn't imagining all this, turns out that I'm not going insane and that your deflections along with your strategy of introducing confusion worked.

It was a calculator for a herb i don't have. But for one he's telling me to BUY! But he can't give me a reason why i should. except he has information he can't share that proves its better....he wasn't going to charge me anything for something i dont want? lucky me. I didn't ask anyone advice about my dosage. He offered advice on using ecdys. Then asked what i was going to do. He later says ecdys DONT WORK!! THat they're not an active ingredient (lie) it's the other stuff in the herb...the secret natures fingerprint. He said he doesn't know what it is but has secret studies proving it works with special method of using it.
Like normal people i want something to help me with my goals. He tries to convince me to change my goals to his special workout program to get the best out of this unknown anabolic.

Wasn't really BS actually. We are talking about plants here. Many a times, a full spectrum extract is more effective than one standardized for XYZ. For example, ashwaghanda. Most people go goo goo gah gah over the Sensoril extract but I actually found a few brands that doesn’t use that specific extract to be more effective for what I typically use it for (calming/rest/sleep). You’re accusing it to being BS because you didn’t grasp what he was saying there. He assumed that you understood, but apparently you did not. Sometimes mother nature does know best and things work better left closer to the form it is found in nature.

Ecdy indeed doesn’t really work in the way that supplement companies have been pushing it. Or like these European obscure studies would suggest these things would work for anabolism (which supplement companies are basing ecdy products off of in the first place). Is it totally useless? Perhaps not, not enough data is available for ecdy and what is available for it are largely obscure and not things that you can dig around online to find on PubMed. However, there have been some more recent studies on ecdy in which they try to find an MOA for potential anabolism. There has been some promise but by and large, it’s still up in the air as to if the stuff works or not.

Mixel was pretty clear, he essentially said that if you are going to eff around with ecdy, might as well play with the extracts that shows more promise rather than what you had originally planned to do. That’s IF you wish to experiment with it, but ultimately, there’s other things that would probably actually give you results that you could spend your money on instead.

If I was, I'd be a MAJOR player in the news stand mags paying HUGE money to the mags for multi-page, glossy "advertorials" LOL, have "pro's" endorsing the supplements I formulate and have fancy labels/drug sounding names and/or "better than steroids" claims in my ad copy. Speaking of "pro" endorsements: Do the 15/16 yr old young men getting into this great sport REALLY believe these "pros" got that way, by taking "SuperSupplement X"? I think we knew this, when I was 15 LOL.

So today, "university studies" are offered as "PROOF" SuperSupplementX will make you HOOOOYYYGE! You can see this playing out today, with the "second coming" of "feels like deca". This new version was found in a UNIVERSITY STUDY to build OVER 16lbs of LBM in 12 weeks! And oh, they added 170lbs to their total (SQ/BP/DL)!!! That's OVER 3X's the placebo group!!!

Their are pics of guys will rippling muscles, graphs, charts, scientific reference etc. And one of the biggest supp companies on the planet is pushing it. So they have the "studies" everyone (luckyo? - he seems big on studies), everyone is looking for..

Of course I don't play these games, but this guys seems oblivious to it. The auto-calculator/loading patters that I WAS going to give him for free, would take him (anyone) further than any bottle of pills, powders or potions. The younger generation has been conditioned to believe this just can't be, but let him find out the hard way. He's just starting in his powerlifting journey. Maybe after he wasting thousands of dollars, time and incurring injuries that prevent him from becoming elite he'll figure it out.

Don't bank on it though. He's too paranoid. ANYONE offering to help him (and asks for nothing in return, like me), is suspect. OK I asked for his email address. How else am I to deliver an excel based auto-calculator? Snail mail it to him??

After decades of dealing with these people, it's best to let them go man. Most of them, anyway - see below. Some just can't be helped.

After i rejected the attempt to get my email and to accept all of his "facts" at face value. He was promoting his "special method" the whole time....are yea he just "threw it in there", that thing that's his fulltime job.

Now all's not lost if you change your mind about 20-H. When you call ICPS, ask to speak to Dr. Syrov or member if his team and have HIM explain why they RCE for Ecdysterone (not withstanding Ajuga Turkistanica, which is preferred starter material for Turkesterone). Although we differ on certain points, we ARE in agreement on Rhaponticum Carthamoides Extract. As such, they're to be commended because genuine RCE is north of $2,500/kilo last time I looked. I say genuine because you'll find "RCE" (especially out of China) going for quite a bit less ($300/kilo, in some places). Upon further inspection and a few phone calls it isn't 100% RCE. You know what a good chunk of it turned out to be boss?
