Sweet! Thanks Grambo, I just got my Noxygen in today. I was not expecting it. Came home and saw a purus labs box at my front door and I screamed like a little girl ;). Can't wait to give this a go. Invalid Link Removed

nope, slightly nervous just because i leave for school on labor day so if shipping is delayed i wont be able to start my log for a while.. well at least until I'm able to get home. But i have faith :D

Basically versatile, it will be rapidly absorbed. There's good studies on pre-EAA ingestion increasing protein synthesis pretty high.

I'd say it can be used for both depending in on preference, experience and routine/goals.

I use 3 scoops a day. Love it too much
