Hey buddy, quick Q for you or @Invalid Link Removed @Invalid Link Removed. Any worries of taking this or GMS (frequently stacked with ArA) with a Nitrate product containing vitamin C? I've read multiple recommendations for doing so but wouldn't that encourage nitrosation due to the presence of lipids? It seems like ascorbic acid benefits to halt nitrosation are completely reversed in the presence of lipids. Not only reversed but carcinogenic. I called a few pharmacies but as usual they had no clue what I was talking about lol

If this is dependent upon the ascorbic acid, which many companies add to their nitrate product, would pomegranate be able to be used as an antioxidant in the place of vitamin C?
Thank you, sir. After I looked a little deeper I started to question vitamin E. Do you mind briefly explaining why you don't advise the use of it?I would just use your nitrate product at a different time, or try your best to find a nitrate product without vitamin C if you're worried, although IMO it won't be an issue at the doses usually involved. No point in using pomegranate. I would advise against using vitamin E if you don't need it as well.

Going to throw in my stupid questions in restated form here, given that I'm getting itchier and itchier to stack in my ArA into my old-formula-ABE run (loving that anacyclus so far!):
- Ignoring glycerol's standalone benefits, would soy lecithin (or another emulsifier) serve the same purpose as GMS in enhancing ArA availability?
- Given that amentoflavone has putative anti-inflammatory properties, should it be avoided alongside ArA, or is this of little concern?
- Any easy alternatives to lodhra for lipoxygenase inhibition, given I'm on old ABE? Compound 20 is the only standalone I can find that isn't straight out of India, and it's practically as expensive as a brand spankin' new bottle of ABE.
Thanks!
1. It can, but it will be inferior for this purpose.
2. No issue there
3. There's silymarin but it has poor bioavailability. Boswellia also his anti-LOX activity but also has mild COX inhibition
Thanks againResearch on it is generally mixed but the latest studies (as of this year) indicate excessive vitamin e may be a cancer risk in men. There is no danger of toxicity or anything like that though.
I did good cop, bad cop. Works every timeDid he or she talk back to you?. Did you slam him around a bit to get to the truth?. Maybe turn up the heat and leave the room for a bit. Bring in a big tall glass of ice water and drink it in front of him or her. That'd get to the truth.
Opps!!! 0_0 Thanks for the heads up! What's the reasoning behind ulcers and ARA not mixing? Is it because ARA is acidic and that's bad for ulcers? Found these studies Invalid Link Removed Invalid Link Removed
Quick question:
About how long would it take to see if x gels gives me inflammatory side effects? I have a mild arthritic condition that is pretty well in check. Like would I be able to tell in a couple doses If I can or can't tolerate the stuff? I really wanna try it due to all the great results and science behind it... At least see how it treats me before I say " I CAN'T take this.." Ideas?
Doctor told me to steer clear bc of inflammatory medical conditions i have. Wanted to give them a run but he said it would be a horrible mistake.. So selling or trading. Pm me
Really?

Yea really. Doctors misdiagnose and cover their asses all the time without actually knowing wtf they r taking about. I've seen enough to know some of them are pretty fckin lazy and stupid
Stereotyping is ignorant. Don't be ignorant. If you really feel your doctor is such a POS, why do you see him? You have a whole world of doctors to choose from
Im not stereotyping, just speaking from what i have experienced. I've gone to several doctors with symptoms and they all say its nothing, they do nothing, then the symptoms get progressively worse. Four years later, I am layed out with a pinched nerve and pelvis and joint alignment issues all over the place... Why? Bc no one could take the damn time to figure out what I was spoon feeding them for symptoms
I have seen probably 10 doctors over the last 8 years for a variety of things. They've all been essentially useless except for one, who, in the end, prescribed me a dangerous combination of antibiotics (quinolone class) and NSAID (meloxicam) which have been proven to be quite dangerous when combined- the kicker? He didn't even test me for an infection... Just prescribed a heavy duty Antiobiotic on a whim.
It must just be me! How many threads on this forum are about doctors using outdated methods and practices and information? Especially regarding fitness, diet, and HRT? I'm not the only one.
Unfortunately this whole place has become overrun with people who think they know everything, when only a few do. Criticism from you is one thing, bc we have an extensive relationship on here which I am thankful for. But in general... Too many people here trying to pass their own anecdotal observations off as fact.
I take my health very seriously which is why I get very frustrated when I present a problem to a professional and they brush It off bc I am young and "healthy looking"
I would just take a few deep breaths, ched. In general, i've seen you over the past few years struggling with different issues, which can be frustrating, understandably so.But whatever I'm not gonna derail the thread anymore. No one gives a **** in real life and I don't expect it to be any different here. Ill just observe and keep my delusional thoughts and opinions to myself

I'm sorry for your situation, but you've seen 10 doctors. That's a very low sample size. I'm not even done my education and I've interacted at length with maybe 200 physicians + another hundred interns and residents. There are DEFINITELY some of those doctors who I'd never want taking care of my health, but there are also many others who I've observed going the extra mile and beyond to make sure a patient is satisified.
So yes, calling all doctors misdiagnosing idiots is absolutely stereotyping. The 10 you have worked with may fall in that category, but to call everyone who basically sacrifices a large portion of their lives to go into this field a bunch of morons is very, very ignorant.
Fair enough. I'm not an ignorant person and I wouldn't say that ALL doctors are morons; that is clearly a moronic and ignorant statement. If my initial comments came across as encompassing the entire medical professional field, then that wasnt my intention
Yeah I didn't say you were ignorant; rather, I was saying you're not an ignorant person so don't let your experiences lead you to make statements that are out of character. I mean I'm not the biggest fan of police officers in my experience, but there are plenty who are good people and I'd never put them down as a whole.
Back on topic, I don't think you should chance ArA bro
unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you. Have two bottles of X factor and anabeta sitting in my drawer. Doc said I have costochondritis so I guess I won't be using eitherJust did some quick reading about ara in foods. I eat a lot of gluten free rolled oats and gluten free steel cut oats - do these forms still contain ara and inflammatory properties?
feel free to send them my way.unfortunately I'm in the same boat as you. Have two bottles of X factor and anabeta sitting in my drawer. Doc said I have costochondritis so I guess I won't be using eithernot worth the health risk bro. I'll be posting mine up on the traders thread as well shortly.
pm on the wayfeel free to send them my way.In all seriousness, hit me up for trade info

should have clarified. Not using either of my X factor bottles. Lo Siento. Bummed too but just gonna look more into pa or follidroneWhat does the Anabeta do to that?

Then I think you should formulate something to give me the gains everybody else is getting with x ara!!

The dose of Omega 3's in XFA is very small compared to the dose on woukd take on a daily basis. However, it has been shown that the added omega 3's actually syngerize with ARA as it displaces ARA and allows more to circulate through the system. (In simplified terms)
For ulcers, run this by your physician but the primary causes of ulcers are severe stress (i.e. burns), NSAIDs, excessive acid production, and most importantly, H. pylori infection. Prostaglandins are actually PROTECTIVE against ulcers and the reason that NSAIDs cause ulcers is by blocking prostaglandin formation. ArA is the precursor to the protective prostaglandins. So I personally see no issue, but run it by your doctor.
ArA can, however, absolutely cause diarrhea
This is a very bad thing. You do not want to displace ArA from the membrane. The whole point of all of this is to deliver it to the muscle cell, not send it to the cell then kick it back out into circulation.
That's a really bad approach to this dude. Try it and stop if you get a flareup? This is your health man, you know, the most important thing in your life, and you really need to start prioritizing it my friend
Hey Coop, remember when all the lazy idiots breezed through med school easily and went on to be doctors?
Me either.

Thank you very much for clarifying that.
Now ArA causing diarrhea is that because I do in fact have an ulcer or is diarrhea simply a side effect of ArA for some people, and would lowering the dosage help?
That's why I remain confused. The great results were from studies using the original XFactor, correct? Did I make a mistake going with the Advanced formula?
PS--As a physician myself, I appreciate the well reasoned replies that you and Spaniard gave earlier. Thanks.

I'm sure med school is hard. But complacency is the issue, not intelligence.
Thinking about adding to Abe and EP stack?? Good idea?
Adding ArA to AnaBeta Elite and Erase Pro? You surely could if you wanted.
How long until it takes to really kick in?
