hit chest traps and abs today
worked my way up to two set of 2 reps with 325lbs (have only hit 325lbs for singles before today)
im getting tons of food in me, 2 pounds of extra lean ground beef (4 meals), 4 whole eggs, 7 whites, 2 protein shakes, and a quest bar

just to keep the cravings away
2 more days till I start adding back in some carbs which should help with my strength too, either 50 grams pre and post or 100 grams post
zero sides
but nothing to crazy to report yet either, only one week in
