Ironflex T-Stane & Olympus Tr3n LOG !!

hit chest traps and abs today

worked my way up to two set of 2 reps with 325lbs (have only hit 325lbs for singles before today)

im getting tons of food in me, 2 pounds of extra lean ground beef (4 meals), 4 whole eggs, 7 whites, 2 protein shakes, and a quest bar :) just to keep the cravings away

2 more days till I start adding back in some carbs which should help with my strength too, either 50 grams pre and post or 100 grams post

zero sides
but nothing to crazy to report yet either, only one week in
It should start to creep up on ya here sometime near the end of next week
 
UPDATE

so I was running keto for the last 3 weeks, got my weight down to 226, had 2 cheat meals last night and woke up at 233 haha

im sure the epi and tren helped with that too

im waking up leaner every day, vascularity is way better

strength hasn't change to much, my strength just last longer

did deads yesterday
6 sets of 3 reps with 455lbs + a bunch of accessories

chest today

feels like the tren is starting to kick in, strength should start changing this week

no sides yet, just some crazy dreams

not sure if this is from my last deadlift day, but i got some crazy lower back pumps today
 
EPI is known to give a back pump or two. Taurine & Potassium supplementation on point?
 
no it wasnt, but it is now :)

this tren is really starting to kick in, i wake up every morning a lil bit leaner :)

Nice.. Also make sure your water intake is high too... You'd be amazed how much it helps with everything..

60 mg of EPI is nice!!!

Its goin pretty good

weight is up to 235lbs (started at 228) and im cutting lol

strength is up a little bit, did a lower hypertrophy couple days ago

squats 320lbs 4 sets of 6 reps
deads 405lbs 4 sets 6 reps

back pumps have been horrible the last 2 days, took both days off

feel much better today, hitting a push power work out today

will post numbers after my work out

no other sides besides a little bit of night sweats but its not keeping me up or anything

running 60mg epi 120mg Tren (seems to be the sweet spot)
 
also i was doing keto for awhile

im now adding 100-150 grams of carbs PWO (the last 7-10 days)

that could be the reason for weight gain, but im still getting leaner

weight was up to 238lbs, leaner then when I started and im 10lbs up haha

lower back is feeling much better now, been wearing a compression belt during the day and while I sleep, seems to help a lot.

no heavy deads, lower back pumps have been pretty crazy the last couple days

A total of 8-9 weeks is about as far as I would want to go on a toxic methyl. After that I would probably look at replacing the methyls with Tr3n or Tr3st if you want to keep going.

8-9 weeks is a long oral cycle but I have done 8 weeks of epi no problem

This!!! I ran 4 weeks of 50mg halo, 50mg DMZ and bridged into KILLSHOT and finished it out over 5 weeks some days at 60 and some days at 90mg. I went and had my liver values tested exactly 3 weeks post cycle and my liver values were already in the normal range.

TUDCA is your friend!!!! Get in at least 500mg a day and you will be golden.

Fast . I have not run it yet but I know it is a quick reacting compound. Be sure to have a good AI on hand ( Formestane is going to be your best option)

What he ^^^^ said, it kicks in immediately, it is an active steroidal compound no conversion needed. If oral you can feel the effects of a single dose and lots of people are running DermaTr3st as a base and using the oral for preworkout kicker.

Which is my exact 8 week cycle plan :evil:. With some other goodies, sten-zine and some cletic mass that has been sitting in my sup stash for a while

I think im going to add one more bottle of Olympus Labs Tr3n and a bottle of Ironflex's Brawn

120mg Tren possible bump to 150mg, but that's getting pretty high
60mg Epi

have had zero sides running the tren at 120mg the last 2 weeks

Then run Tr3st and Tr3n or Tr3st and sten-zine for my next cycle
