Olympic Labs Tr3st and DMZ log (unsponsored)


Keep estrogen levels more stable between aromasin dosing rather then allowing them to get too high.

Ive decided to buy another of bottle of tr3st instead of the tr3n. Going to up the dose of tr3st to 100g a day.
 
I always set the racks one notch lower than you'd think is perfect. I'd rather have them too low to start than too high when I'm trying to re-rack. Great lifts as well, congrats on the PR. It's nice to see the strength gains you're getting from DMZ. Keep us updated on sides when you bump it up to 60, I'm interested to see if there's a big jump.

Actually that is what I normally do, but with the squat rack im working with (the only one in the gym) the holes are too spread apart. If i put it one lower then I wouldnt be able to set up properly. But what you suggested is an amazing idea when maxing out if the rack permits. Personally I don't like to compromise my set up so I didnt lower it.

Actually Im considering now lowering the dose back to 40. From the 10-15th Ill be getting married and on my honeymoon so I wont be able to get a solid lift in. So i dont wanna waste a 60mg dose on six "rest days". I may go back to 40 and up it to 60 on the 15th.

yeah that totally makes sense for you. if you're basically squatting it up from the rack it is probably safer to do what is comfortable. especially at nearly 6 plates haha.
that's a good idea. keep it in the system, but if you're not making use of it I wouldn't want to waste it either. congrats, and hope the wedding goes well!

UPDATIME TIME!!!

So obviously a lot has been on my mind. Big day coming up fast and needless to say I want to just get to the "I do" and start making up for years of abstinence. However the ever present reality that I will then be responsible for the spiritual, emotional, and physical well being of someone I truly love is something that weighs heavily on my soul. This will be the start of my family, the true doorway to defining myself as a man. The committment to love my wife as Christ loves the church is truly something that I will be working on till my dying breathe. But I am very blessed, God gave me a wife, and a very good wife. Now we must grow in Christ together as one flesh....not an easy task.


BUT Im pretty sure you guys are subd because you wanna hear about DEEZ GAINZ!! So here we go!

I have modified my caloric intake to slow down my gains in size...I gotta fit into my tux and my legs, glutes, back, arms and chest are alreay a very "snug" fit. However my waist has stayed the same size throughout the cycle (size 36). However my arms have blown up to 19+ inches.

Weight IM hovering at 230-235.

WORKOUT UPDATES:
So after that epic squat, I felt like I was on the wrong end of a butt whoopin. IN church I was in a cold sweat and my CNS was fragged. First sign I need to take a step back.

Chest Workout:
The insetion of my pec major was feeling very tight. I didnt think much of it and thought a good warm up would solve the problem. Well I was wrong. As the the workout progressed I started to lose power and very painful "about to tear" sensation was zapping strength. The weight felt light but I have felt this way before...my dad felt this before...Im about to get injured. So I backed off. My dad then advised me to take a week of light workouts and lots of stretching. We both concur if I keep it up, im gonna hurt myself. Im getting strong way too fast. In three weeks ive put on 115lbs on my total...not bad.

Here is that workout:
Bench:
Bar: about 40 reps
135x10
225x10
315 x 5 x 5(PR) x 4 (PR)
The second set my dad spotted for a 6th rep and the 3rd set for a 5th rep. He said the "spot" was very minimal...but the rep still doesnt count. It was at this at the 3rd set I got really concerned. And decided a light workout was in order

Hammer strength isolateral press:
90lb each side: till failure....or AMRAMP for you cross fitters

Machine incline half reps....yes you read right...half reps. I just wanted to activate the muscle
3 sets of 20+ reps

seated tricep extension machine
Tricep cable extensions
super light side laterals with holds


Back day:
This was a very bodybuilding type workout. All sets stayed 10+ rep range. No deadlift for today or maxing of any kind...more like an active deload.

I couldnt tell you the precise weights but several machines a maxed out, and others i went to the 230+ mark. Again everything was 10+ reps, even if I had to cheat a bit towards the end.

Machine Pulldown:
4 sets increasing in weight till machine was mxed out

V-Grip pulldown:
4 working sets then on the 5 sets I did drop sets that went down 50lbs per drop (so 250, 200, 150, 100, 50)

Went back to the pull down machine for 3 sets at the machine max then on the 4 set I did another drop set till failure.

Rowing machine for 3 sets increasing in weight and 3 sets at the machine max, with the 7th set being a drop set. I cut that set early cause of a tearing sensation in my lower lat. This made me happy i didnt pull heavy. Its obvious Im getting stronger, but Im getting too strong too fast. Gotta stretch more, get a massage, and do an epsom salt bath to loosen up.

Hammer strength one arm row:
2 sets at with 45lbs.
Each set was 3 smaller sets of 10 reps going from one arm to the next with no rest. So 1 set was 30 reps in total.

After this me and my dad did some cable preacher curls for...dang i stopped counting after the 4th set haha.

Left the gym with looking bigger walking away from you then I did walking at you lol.


So Like I said before Going to keep the DMZ dose at 40mg throughout the honeymoon...maybe even drop it to 20mg for the first 2 days. Then I will increase to 60mgs for the last 2-3 weeks of the DMZ. At which point I will increase tr3st to 125mgs. I will break up the dosing 1 pill every 2-3 hours.

I will also be adding eliminate(willing to go mg per mg on my non aromasin days) and keeping resveratrol at 1000mg a day.


The last workout before the big day will be some light legs, if my body is up to it haha.
 
Bro, it's good to hear that you know your limits. No matter how big someone is, they can still get injured.

It sucks but just remember, it would ****ing suck to ruin the rest of the cycle with a injury.

It took 10years of pushing myself just a little to hard and getting injured over and over. Now as I train i just go through a mental inventory of...yep last time I pushed through this I injured this, lets not repeat that.

I will be taking a much needed break. Wedding tonight, honeymoon till the 15th, and then I will come back and start hitting some PR's!!

Goal for this cycle is a 600lb squat and a 405lb bench. I have 6 weeks left in the cycle...i think this is a reasonable goal. Buying another bottle to run 60mg for 3 weeks starting the 15th.

Yes trest is wet. I was at 20lbs gained before my wedding and honeymoon. I'll be back in the gym Wednesday. Feeling 100% again.
 
trest is wet especially when i bumped up from 50 to 75mg I noticed an increase water retention.

needless to say my nips get super sensitive at 100mg and even at 75mg it is no joke...

60mg seems to be my sweet spot ...

Ive never used formestane, but Ive heard great reviews. I couldnt give you an honest opinion on that since Ive never used it.

However others swear by it.

LGI has less pills and a smaller dose which suites me nicely now towards the end of my run. I can finish the bottle right around 6 weeks.

OL works...I mean i know this is good stuff I just dont want extra pills lying around... and IM not sure if I wanna go over 6 weeks. It's really hard to turn down something you KNOW is legit....

Haha Im going with OL. I may not run another cycle for a long time. If I have extra I may give them to a buddy or something. I may also play with the illusive 80mg dose...but I may not be man enough for that lol.

Post work out:
25mg trest

400mg Na-r-ala
3g fish oil
Pasta and chicken

3-8 hours post training:
20mg DMZ
25mg trest
50mg erase
6 caps aegis
2 scoops cycle support(2 hours post lift and 2 hours after 2nd DMZ dose)
6g fish oil
500g trans resv

Picked up some oxyeca black. Dosing as needed.

Ordering more DMZ today and when it gets in I will kick up the dose to 60 then 80.
 
sorry for the off-topic post but it seems you guys know your DMZ; how would you dose the OL caps for 30mg/day? break them open to have a half cap or take them a certain time apart? the half-life is around 16 hours if i remember correctly?

No Worries. I wouldn't know how to dose OL's DMZ at 30mg. To be honest I started the first day at 40 mg the first dose, then every 12 hours i would take another 20 mgs. So ive really been on 40mg a day since the beginning and it has treated me very well with minimal sides. I dont feel comfortable opening the capsule and dividing the powder.

80 mg isnt for certain yet. Im very happy with 40mgs with no sides and great gains lol

Incline isolateral hammer strength: 90lbs per side
5 sets of 15+ reps. Chest started feeling a little tight on the 5th set so I called it to be safe.

Needless to say my chest is feeling back to par. God was good to me in the gym this morning. That is a 40lb increase in my bench since the start of my cycle(39.5 if you want to be exact).

Hopefully my DMZ will get here before I drive back to Indy this weekend. Putting int he order today.

Yeah. I was looking at 30 for a low dose dmz run, and I've heard 20 isn't really worth it. I might just jump to 40 then. I just want some great strength gains and 8 lean pounds. I was originally planning on running 30 for 5. My buddy who is more experienced was looking into 40 for 6.

Does anyone know about low long it takes for Ostarine to kick in? I was thinking about starting it the last 2 weeks before my cycle ends and carrying it through PCT. Suggestions?

DMZ 60mg divided into 2 doses (20am and 40mg about 3hrs pre-workout)
Tr3st 100mg into 3 doses (25mg am, 25mg pm, 25pre-workout, 25 post workout)
750mg TUDCA
6 caps Aegis
75mg Eliminate
2 scoops cycle support
8g fish oil
potassium, magnesium, and tauring as needed
1 cap OxyECA upon waking
Conquer Pre-workout


Gym tonight: heavy pulls

Diet: Eat till you wanna puke then repeat.

Side effects: Increased sweating after meals and during physical activity. Increased Acne. Muscle tightness. Increased libdo.

Lethargy is no longer noticeable with tr3st and oxyeca black.

I may be the only person thinking this way but I would not start the OSTAR1NE until the day after you finish the TR3ST and DMZ. They are all competing for the same androgen receptor, do you really want Ostar1ne binding to the AR instead of one of the 2 much stronger steroids in the end of your run? No way I would put a weaker competing compound into it unless it was to bind SHGB. That is just my thoughts on it.

A SARM works in the same pathway for growth as a steroid and is effective from the moment you start taking them. There is no conversion or anything that needs to take place before it starts working. On a Osta only cycle you would need to wait 2 weeks to see the accumulative effects of it. However it starts working day 1. Since using it to minimize muscle loss in PCT it will be effective in doing that from the first dose.

I actually wasnt thinking about that at all. Good point. Essentially my concern isnt size, my concern is strength. Im going to lose probably 10lbs due to water and glycogen, but as long as my strength remains Ill consider it a successful PCT. This is why IM throwing everything and the kitchen sink into my PCT.

How would you dose throughout PCT? Im thinking 10mg.

I was also thinking on running it past PCT, then running a second OTC testboosting stack.
