Nice leg session!! I'm feeling those single leg presses!! I did some single leg extension the other night and really liked them..

What's plate dead lifts? Those were some strong numbers.

They are a great warm up movement, it gets the muscles going!

Oh, I saw a guy doing suitcase deads before and I was like wooooow! Lol he lifted them like a beast!

Wait, so those plate deads... You grip all those plates without a bar?
Not all of the plates just the inside one. It gives you a super wide grip and I have found it helps with the initial pull on regular deads.

Oh ok, now I get it. I've been wanting to switch from conventional deads to something else. I've tried sumo deads, but didn't really like them. I'll have to try these tomorrow, but I don't know if my arms are long enough.

#1 = the Reeves deadlift: named after Steve Reeves, aka Tv's first Superman

#2 can be done with a hex bar also

On my way to attempt the suitcase deads. Geeeeez, I hope my arms are long enough.

Nice tell me how they go!
I'm working with my district managers today so I'm away from the gym but I am happy to report only mild doms today

Nice so getting some good recovery then. puccah8808 is that a new tattoo? I want to see it. You can post it up in my current thread if you want. Invalid Link Removed

Nice!! I'm going to have to give this stuff a try in my PCT..

Its what I love most about being on cycle. That Brawn run had me recovering almost instantly. I am starting to feel that same increase kicking in

I have another work day in down in SD but I'm going to get a work out in tonight

Git R Done!

Grrr, my arms are too short. :/

Talking about deadlift variations, my favorite is one armed deadlifts. Balance takes some getting used to but even doing 135 feels beastly one armed and with holds on top!

May have to give it a shot

Haha, yes! I attempted it a few times and thought I was going to fall over.

Alcoholic beverages have that effect on a LOT of people. Asians don't have the monopoly on that.

You were talking about drinking right? RIGHT?!?!
(sorry, maybe I just really want a drink after the day we had on the job site today!)

Haha, I can't hold my liquor; only a few sips for me.

I hold my licker by the hair, ears, back of head.........wait, nevermind, you said liquor!! Man, I MUST be tired!

Haha, omg!!!! You're hilarious! Go to bed! :P

Man things got dirty quick.
Remind me not to leave you two alone again lol.
Anyway hit a solid chest session and I must say I am getting some great veins popping out on my upper chest. I will give a full update tomorrow after my back work out tomorrow AM.
I will be glad to be back in my own store. This whole commuting 45 min each way sucks ass I have missed my 5 min drive to work.

Oh and my weight has been a consistent 200 my cals have stayed the same but I feel feeling like I am looking a bit leaner. Could be just me I'll post am update pic tomorrow
