I did that at first but than I was like **** it. My abs at the time were not that impressive even at 9% bf. I was at 140lbs.

I have since put on some muscle. I think I could do it again at 170 right now.

I'm going to give it a shot and see what happens.

Lol cause I can't eat as much as I do at home and it will be hot as a mother ****er.

Should lose water and some fat. Maybe a little muscle but I'll be drinking like 4 protein shakes a day to try and counteract.

Ahhhh I gotchaaaa. Maybe bring some nuts as well to add to your protein shakes lol. Nuts are high In calories. Run keto diet while you are away haha. Good stuff tho, just vacationing?

I enjoy the classic peanuts ha, but I do enjoy cashews and even more pistachios.

Not sure how that'd work out because it takes a few days to kick in and get used to it. Unless you do a heavy workout session to drain your muscle glycogen, not sure tho. I liked to workout 5 times per day on keto for the first week to make sure I get kicked in.

Oh nice ha nothing like blowing crap up.

Yeah I noticed that my uncle was in marines, we are generally heftier/bulkier people and when he came out he looked like he went through the holocaust

True. I do as well but I'm testing the waters adding some calories in before workout like a sports drink.

Your diastolic seems ok. Are you sure you got a good read on the systolic?
 
You're taking Damage Control, right? My buddy took that on cycle and had high bp as well on the systolic side. I decided to use Blockade by Assault Labs for my run. I'm going to go check my bp on Sunday. Hope you get it fixed soon. 168 is really high

Yah. I think it might of been a bad read if you had 88 on one and really high on the other.

That is for sure, but I will still be running my m1t oxime for 2 more weeks after dmz is done. Got some good strength off of dmz and 5lbs is still good in my book. Still have a totally unopened bottle of dmz that I will run probably next summer with some other goodies.

Yeah all is good, and a few more weeks more for the gains, though I really want winter to come fast to run my strength cycle.

Trest and dmz sounds like a match made in heaven ha good luck! Though I still have no problem with my libido, and the extra blood flow has made things interesting for my girl ;) lol

Not much to note besides a minor issue with bp, but turned out to be a fluke. Today was accessory day and tried out some front squats, could not really use too much weight as my arms were already sore so I worked on form.

Training;
Hamstring curls 10x10
Curls 5x21s
Tricep extension 5x10
Wrist curls 3x10
Front squat 4x20

Foods;
Protein shake
1/4 gallon of milk
Chicken nuggets
Mozzarella sticks
Hamburger

Ha I think it is mental mainly if your libido is shot. Either way, don't know how much longer you are running your log, but nutraplanet has a pretty sweet promotion over in company promo.

Haha thank you. I was right on the calories before the workout, defiantly had a bit more in the tank. Though, need to test it for a few more days to see if it isn't just mental ha

It probably isn't. Diet means a lot. Some argue 80%. Keep it up bro. Killin it so far.
 
Weekend July 12-13

A pretty relaxed weekend, hung out with girlfriend and family. Plus talked to one my school buddies and he wants to hit the gym up with me starting on Monday. Calories both days were a bit on the high side. Checked my weight in the morning on an empty stomach, weighing 183lbs.

Yah, food is better than I was thinking it was going to be.

Been eating sunflower seeds all the time, beef jerky, protein shakes, I should be good. Might lose like 5 lbs of water, but I am ok with that.
