Haha same here. Except I am going down till I can see dem abs and then very slowly bulking up.
I did that at first but than I was like **** it. My abs at the time were not that impressive even at 9% bf. I was at 140lbs.

Mine was 150 but I looked so small lmao.
I have since put on some muscle. I think I could do it again at 170 right now.
I'm going to give it a shot and see what happens.
If not, I better get into the gym ALOT more. Lol.
Like right now I have separation starting on my my whole body and I can see 4 abs but I just need to cut out a little bit more haha.

Not sure how that'd work out because it takes a few days to kick in and get used to it. Unless you do a heavy workout session to drain your muscle glycogen, not sure tho. I liked to workout 5 times per day on keto for the first week to make sure I get kicked in.

Well that is some good protein right there it should be all good, dropping some water never really a bad thing.Yah, food is better than I was thinking it was going to be. Been eating sunflower seeds all the time, beef jerky, protein shakes, I should be good. Might lose like 5 lbs of water, but I am ok with that.
