What's the goal of this cycle?
 
So lean bulk with a side of recomp eh... not a bad goal just keep your diet straight and it can definitely happen.
 
Thanks kleen and def keeping the diet on track won't even buy the wife pregnancy craving food for the house cause I don't wanna see it lol. So far I'm up 3 pounds with no change in bf. need to start doing some sprints in addition to lifting but been busy and making excuses which needs to stop.
 
No more excuses went for a run today finally. 1 mile in 8 minutes followed by 10, 100 yd sprints. Felt good but had some serious back cramps going on.
 
This stuff is definitely working now. Felt amazing at the gym this morning and stronger than ever started lifting and just wanted more. Time to grow.

Nice run and DAYUM those are some killer legs, and what they are topped off with is even better!
 
Arm today and it was on point chin ups are up and easier, dips added weight, and preacher curl went up 10 lbs. feeling amazing.

Went to the gym today not feeling sore much at all anymore which is good but also makes me feel like I need to hit it more now. Did some high rep low weight full body work and felt pretty good.

No negative sides to note really at this time. Only thing might be a little nausea first thing in the morning when I take the morning dose but it usually only last about 20 mins and I notice it's only when I don't eat before taking. Also I did have some back pumps when running sprints but nothing unmanageable.

Positives so far: increases libido, I'm up 4 pounds with no change in bf%, nice pumps all around, feeling more solid.

This is my first OL product run and have to say they produce some awesome products and I look forward to running even more of their products.

Cycle change note: I've removed the epi altogether and decided to run tr3st orally at a high dose for weeks 7-10. I've also ordered some TransForm to use one the formeron I have runs out so should be able to compare these two products. I'll also be running TD str3ngth as part of my PCT rather than the oral.

Massive gains all around :-)
 
Sorry guys been busy and phone was off till today so just gettin the chance to update. Still hit the gym Monday and did back then chest on Tuesday and legs this morning. All my lifts are still going up Between 5-20 lbs depending on then lift. Loving this cycle so far. Feel like I'm putting on some gains and def adding strength. Up to 206 now with no change in bf% but my appetite is not as high as I would expect so having to force down food sometimes to get the macros in. Also starting to notice some new vascularity coming in.
 
Another great session today. Hit shoulders up for about an hour and a half. Great pumps and still getting stronger. Also lost a pound but might just be reg fluctuation.

Feel like I'm repeating myself but these workouts are just amazing every time lately. I don't ever wanna stop when I'm supposed to leave for work. If I didn't need the sleep I'd just get up earlier to push it harder. Anyways is was arms today and they are pumped. Felt like ****ing T. Rex trying to wash my hair afterwards cause my arms didn't want to bend. Lost another pound to idk what is going on with my weight but have been getting complements that I'm looking leaner so I'm not gonna worry to much about the weight.

What do u guys think

Well the first one was big and round and firm so it wins and congrats on the composition changes man! Sounds like yo are beginning to look like a stud!
 
I like the first one also but everyone has different taste thought if show both. Id still take either give the chance lol. And yeah some pretty good changes so far but still not where I wanna be. Then again are we ever where we wanna be lol.

My week is starting off pretty good. Went in and weighed in this morning and did bf. I'm up 8 lbs with a loss of 0.5% bf.

Hit back today and added a little more cause I felt last week wasn't quite enough.

Dead lift 5 sets 3 reps
Pull ups 4 sets slow and controlled max effort
DB row 4 sets of 10
Lat pull downs 4 sets of 10
Upright rows 4 sets of 10
BB rows 3 sets of 15
 
I've used epi before, loved it, definitely picking up 2 bottles on the pre-sale... I found using it roughly 1hr pre workout gave me awesome workouts, and noticed some recomp benefits as well (lost bf added size+strength) It really starts to take effect the 2nd week in my case

U talking about -(-)epi or epistaine? I plan on picking some up as well later I spent my money on TD strength though which should treat me pretty well in PCT.
 
The EPI's are getting confusing now eh... EPistane, then came EPI-Andro, now EPI as a myo inhibitor... used to be when you said Epi there was not a question what you were referring too.

Lol it was an easy class and first time missing plus my legs deserved a good workout. Kinda surprised I'm not as sore as I expected to be but we will see how they feel tomorrow lol. Second day after legs always seems to be the worst.
 
Hit shoulders this morning and they were killing me by the end. Started getting some bad cramps prolly gonna add some taurine in see if that helps. Other than that still had a great workout overall and weights are still going up.

So 5 weeks down and I'm up 11 lbs and down .5% bf. waist line hasn't change much unfortunately so must be everywhere else. Here's a pic from this morning had to take myself so not as good as if the wife took it.

Hit arms this morning same routine as last week but everything went up. BB curled 135 for 3 reps which is a PR for me. Prolly not as good as some of you guys but to each is own right lol.
 
Up 11 lbs down in BF sounds like a win to me!!!!
 
Idk if it's just me but it looks like you lost a good amount of fat around the lower stomach. Looks flatter/not as much hanging.

Good to hear. Maybe so I measure right around the belly button and it's only 1/4" difference but that's not to say it hasn't tightened up
