Stacking Norcodrene with Alphamine and/or AlphaT2

155g CHO
302g Pro
98g fats

What do you consider low and high?

Well if you have 2 meals with a larger amount of carbs I would say Burn24, although both would treat you very well.

If you are fasted for several long periods in each day the AT2 would shine.

I am using all 3 stacked, I have the vast majority of my carbs and calories at night so I use Alpha/AT2 upon waking and preworkout, and Burn 24 with my breakfast and dinner

Which stack you think would be better for fat burning? Norcodrene + burn24 Norcodrene + AT2 Edit- norco+ alphamine

Norco + AT2 or Alpha + AT2 for strictly fat burning. Adding Burn24 would be a nice addition though for your carb meals.

Since GDAs arent needed post workout, would burn24 really do me no good since i take ~70g carbs post workout? Rest of my carbs are theoughout the day in other non carb foods.

Correct. Insulin sensitivity is high following a workout and a GDA is not needed.

In 2 weeks im gonna run norcodrene, ALCAR, Forskolin 95, and i may add in AT2 the last 4 weeks of the 12 week cut. Gonna get freaking leeeaaannn!

Count me in if you're logging that, sounds great

AM- 1 Alphamine + 1 Norco
PM- 1 Alphamine + 1 Norco

Current regime, how can I add this nice new bottle of Alpha-T2 :)

I would add 1-2 cap pre-workout dose and then the other cap with your other Norco + Alphamine dose.

Sorry to bump an old thread but has anyone ran the 1 alphamine + 1 norcodrene in AM plus PM with good results? I workout in the evening but not sure if a 4pm-5pm dose of alpha/norco will have me up all night. Thanks!

I'm running this right now and seeing great results. Although my diet is on spot. I work out fasted in the AM tho. 4-5 p.m. should be fine if your going to bed around 10-11. I usually feel the effects of this stack for about 5 hours.

I'm dosing 2 caps Norcodrene with 2 scoops Enhanced at 6pm and fall asleep just fine around 10-11 (could at 9 if I wanted to).

Dang! I think it's safe to say stims don't have much of an effect on you. Haha

Yohimbe tends to be very individual. Here are some of my experiences with the stimulant complex in Alphamine/Enhanced;

- Any jitters which I experienced diminished gently with consistent use.
- Strength of the supplement tended to last longer than other stimulants. For example I could use Alphamine or Enhanced every day pre workout for 8 weeks whereas DMAA and AMP products I would feel significantly less from after a few uses.
- Taking a 4 week break allowed me to feel both products at full perceived strength again whereas I can take months off DMAA and it never feels like the first time I tried it.

Would it be crazy to dose?:
Morning: 2 caps Norco/1 cap Alpha-t2
Afternoon: 1 cap Norco/2 caps Alpha-t2

or is it best to do:

Morning: 1 cap Norco/1 cap Alpha-T2
Afternoon: 1 cap Norco/1 cap Alpha-T2

When I used Alphamine I dosed 3 scoops pre-workout...too much?

To be honest I didn't feel like I took anything with respect to feeling any different.

Here my .02... If your looking for mood boost, find a way to dose 2 Norco together. Energy, 2 scoops Alphamine. Bomb a** workouts where you will sweat your butt off, 1 scoop Alphamine + 1 Norco. Find which combo you like, and go from there. Just don't exceed 4 total daily doses combined.

This is great advice. Everybody seems to have a different tolerance and some really want to push how much they can take. This range here does just fine.

one quick Q guys…rich now Im dosing one day 2 alpha mine + 1 norco, other day I switch to 2 Norco + 1 alpha mine…I understand I should give a break after 8 weeks of use…so my question is: After finishing the 2 bottles, can I continue with 1 bottle of AT2? Or should I stop and take the 4 weeks break?

Ideally you could cycle off of yohimbe entirely to reset tolerance, this would at least reset caffeine tolerance though.

Plenty of options to fill the space if you are still cutting,

Forskolin is a good one
ECA
Run a GDA with meals

thanks…actually, this is my 5th week , and already added new ABE, after the next 4 weeks i will be out of alpha mine and norco…will continue with new ABE solo and maybe add follidrone

Is Yohimbe tolerance a real thing? Does its action as an A2A antagonist actually diminish? Or are you guys talking about the perceived CNS tolerance of all stims over time?

Or the decreased norepinephrine response to yohimbe that was seen in as little as 14 days here
[h=1]Pharmacodynamic effects of chronic yohimbine treatment in healthy volunteers.[/h]
Can't post link because of post count

This is discussed in the Coop's Corner on Yohimbine. While the CNS effects may diminish, this does not mean the fat loss benefits diminish

Thanks, I'll give it a read. And yea, it seems the fat mobilization by Yohimbine continues uninhibited by chronic dosing in all the studies I've come across.

Would you then say cycling off of a product like AT2 is completely unnecessary as none of the ingredients have been demonstrated to lose effectiveness as a result of chronic dosing?

hello all guys, first of al thanks for this thread which is really interesting.

i have some questions for you, ihvev e using forsk-95+ABE+aphaT2 fr 2 months, i finished using the stack on the end of September, like 28th 29th, i started a cycle on the 13th of October and i am so happy with the results so far but i wanted to know if i can start again using fors-95+alphat2 and, this time, adding norcodrene and/or also ABE, would you please share your thoughts? was it enough stop taking the stack for this period? please let me know what do you think :)

thanks in advance!
PES i L O V E products, i had GREAT results every time, thanks :)

Not sure what your cycle is, but if you are asking about using it after the cycle and PCT, then yes you will be good with Norcodrene + Alpha-T2 + Forskolin-95 and AnaBeta Elite.

Reason I said after PCT, is generally you don't want to be cutting during PCT so it wouldn't make sense to run all of those products at that time. That being said you could use AnaBeta Elite in the PCT if you wanted.

But otherwise, you'll be good to go!

Thanks for the PES love!!

there we go! here he is, "my man"!!! :) hope you are good master :)

said that, well.... i will use for sure abe and ara during my pct along with other supplements and nolva too, but now i am just missing the feeling of being on those supplements, ive been waiting for 1 month, i was just wondering if it was gonna be enough or maybe not cause of the lack of time in the between... maybe the body got use to it and 1 month of waiting was not enough :) but if you say so, ill go for it :)

to answer your question, im on a anavar + proviron + dermacine + ar1ma cycle and i am really happy so far but i have lost that "special" hardness which i use to have with PES products, i am stronger, bigger, pumped and happy yes but a light really light, but really really light amount of water retention is there, maybe cause ive been increasing my calories intake because of the cycle :) therefore i wanted to go down with the calories a bit and start again with the supplements.

if you can also remind me.... if i am not wrong:

upon wake up
2x norco
2x alpha
2x forsk-95

pre wo
1x norco
1x alpha
2x forsk-95

thanks!

so i assume that the questioning about the effectiveness is ok :)

was wondering if adding abe AGAIN will make me explode.....

There's a possibility lol

whats your thoughts on cardio with this stack? i am doing cardio 7 days a week at the end of my wo, 40 minutes incline 15% 4.5 km/h i am wondering if i could achieve more results without it, or less or more?

thanks

I really cant recommend who much cardio you do because I am not familiar with how your body responds to certain things. With that said, cardio definitely is going to help lean you out. Remember, too much cardio is not always the best for the body and goals. It can have you looking flat and limit muscle hypertrophy to a certain degree.

yep, thats what i thought, i was doing 7 days of cardio at the end of my wo, and that was too much i guess, i am going to reduce it to 3 times a week and see what happen :), for sure with the all supplementation by PES and cycle can't go that much wrong :)

I also like HIIT more so then LISS.

me too man but can't do proper HIIT in my gym...

HIIT is pretty easy to do at home too, with any exercise machine at all.

Or even a pair of dumbells/a kettlebell, weight complexes done with speed are great HIIT

i did try lot of time, the thing is that my gym is sooooooo busy that some day there is not enough room and because of this, i wouldn't be able to do HIIT every day so i gave up, i have also tried to do it in different studio than the open space with weights but its too far so.... not really possible :(

Jump on a cycle?
When doing HIIT while still training weights heavy I like to keep it low impact, cycling I was doing 4x a week away from leg training

so you mean, do my set, jump on the cycle 1,5minutes, do my set and repeat :) cycling is ok?

Fitting HIIT into your workout is effective for dat loss for sure, as long as you arent hindering your workout intensity

I personally did HIIT fasted in the morning then a PM workout

Or a 20 minute HIIT session after my weight session
