May 8 - Back & Shoulders
6 sets heavy pulldowns - worked up to 310
9 sets pulldowns on cable crossover
Barbell shrugs - 7 sets - worked up to 585 for last set - tore callous off left hand on last set. after wiping off the blood with paper towel, taped it up & continued on,
Dumbbell shrugs - 4 sets
Rear cable laterals - 6 sets
front dumbbell raises - 6 sets
Side cable raises - 5 sets
Arnold press - 6 sets

Protein - 362 grams
Calories - 3,124
 
Sorry, it's been a few days since my last post. Things have been pretty hectic around here the past week - car accident (no injuries) resulting in me driving my truck to son at his college & bringing his car home followed by dealing with insurance & repairs, mother's day, 25th wedding anniversary, as well as work. That being said,
missed workouts = 0. Also managed to keep protein above 300 grams per day. Tomorrow will be a heavy bench day. I'll post my bench workout tomorrow night or Thursday morning. If my workout goes as planned, i'm hoping to work up to around 740 off a 1-board. At least that's my plan going in. I'll let you know how it ends up.
 
Wow crazy log man! All respect to you for continuing with all those injuries. Truly an inspiration! Your a beast!!! Wish I could lift even half of what you lift lol
 
May 14 - Heavy bench day. I had hoped to work up to a new PR off a 1-board for my last set. But unfortunately it just didn't happen. Last (and heaviest) set was 705 - same as last work out. All sets were 1 rep. The idea going in was by doing all sets for 1 rep, leave a little extra in the tank for the last set. Anyway, here is how it went:
405 off a 2.5 board
455 off a 2.5 board
495 off a 2 board
545 off a 2 board
585 off a 1.5 board
635 off a 1.5 board
675 off a 1 board
705 off a 1 board = last set was really a struggle so I ended it there
Finished off the workout with triceps.
protein - 345 grams
calories - 2,526
 
May 15 - shoulders - punished myself today for bad bench work out yesterday with a killer shoulder workout
Arnold press on Free Motion machine - 10 sets
Rear Delts on Pec Dec machine - 5 sets
Front Plate Raises (drop set) - 90 lbs (2 - 45lb plates held together) - 10 reps, 45 lbs - 10 reps, 25 lbs - 15 reps
Side Dumbell Laterals (single arm) - 4 sets - 30lb, 40lb, 50lb, 60lb
Front Barbell Raises - 5 sets
Arnold Press on Free Motion - 6 sets
Rear Lateral raises on crossover - 6 sets
Finished off with rotator cuff work
Protein - 310 grams
Calories - 2,836
 
May 16 - biceps - easy day.
May 17 - Chest & triceps -
Incline machine press - 7 sets
Free motion cable press - 10 sets
Pec Dec - 10 sets
Cable Crossover - 8 sets
Triceps -
Pushdowns - 8 sets
Rope Extensions - 6 sets
Pushdowns - drop set - 8 sets
Single arm pushdowns - 3 sets
Protein - 336 grams

Sorry its been a while since last post - been real busy - just got back from 4 days in Canada - was doing 2 workouts a day before I left as I knew I wouldn't have access to a gym. That coupled with work and family didn't leave much time to post. Anyway, there is Good news and bad news. Bad news is I'm going to have to end this cycle sooner than anticipated. I'm only going to run this cycle until May 30th. The good news is the reason I have to end this cycle - i'm just putting on TOO MUCH LEAN BODY MASS! I would really love to run this cycle longer. When I started this cycle I weighed 178.5lbs. I was 188.5lbs this morning. Thats a 10 lb increase in lean body mass!!!! I compete at 181 lbs, so I don't want to get above 190 lbs or the cut before the meet will be too hard. This cycle was nothing short of outstanding. The link below i from my last bench workout on May 21,2014. 705 for 1 rep off a 1-board. Without question I had more in the tank, but I didn't want to go heavier without more spotters. I will run this cycle again without question. As a matter of fact, my next cycle will be the very same. That alone should tell you what I think of Olympus Labs TR3ST & TR3N! Enough said.

Need help with shredding. I'm a female. I was looking at anavar for shredding but also gaining increase in mass. Please help.
 
Last Heavy bench day last night - great workout! After warm-ups sets, started at 405 and worked up to a last set of 715 for 1 rep. All sets above 600 were done off a 1-Board. I was extremely pleased with this last workout. 715 for 1 rep off a 1-Board is my highest weight ever by good bit. This cycle has been fantastic!! Body weight was 189 when I weighed in this morning. Thanks! I've been lifting non-stop (except for rehab after surgeries) for 34 years. It's taken a long time to get to this point, but I well worth it. I still love hitting the gym every day - never get tired of the lifting.
 
Just to recap this cycle:
Starting weight - 178.5 lbs
Ending body weight - 190.0 lbs

Daily calorie intake - usually between 2,500 and 3,000
Daily Protein intake - minimum was 300 grams - usually between 300 and 350 grams
My diet was VERY GOOD throughout this cycle. I only ate junk food on 3 occasions during this cycle (cookies all 3 times).

PH's : TR3ST - 75 mg/day
TR3N - 120 mg/day
Formeron - 1 pump in morning and 1 pump at night

Goals - increase strength - GOAL REACHED AND THEN SOME!
get a little leaner - goal reached

I actually wanted to stay on this cycle for 2 more weeks. But my weight was 190.0 lbs this morning. I compete at 181 lbs and didn't want my body weight to get any higher than 190 lbs so that I would still be somewhat close to 181. IT IS A VERY GOOD PROBLEM TO HAVE! I can't say enough good things about Olympus Labs! This TR3ST/TR3N cycle was more than I had hoped for - way more! It's just my opinion, but if you want to gain strength and lean body mass, jump on this **** NOW! It was that good.
 
Just wanted to let everyone know that even though I've been off this cycle for a week (running PCT now), no loss of strength so far. In fact, set a new PR with this lift:
745 lbs for 1 rep off a 1-board. Gotta love Olympus Labs!

Olympus wanted me to share some before & after pics as well as videos of the weight I was benching. I don't have any before pics, but I do have video of my bench workout the day I started this cycle and when I ended the cycle. So here it is

Thats a 40 lb increase in bench during the cycle! I couldn't be happier. I have a meet coming up in July so I will be doing another cycle starting soon. I'll will be starting a new log for that cycle in a couple weeks.
 
did u have any gyno related sides running two 19nor ds at the same time ?
i am thinking about throwing in tr3n to my existing epi/trest cycle

I was pleasantly shocked that I did not experience any sides. Just as a heads up I will be starting a new Olympus sponsored log next week in preparation for Nationals on July 19TH. It will be a short cycle - 4 weeks. Will be posting pics and videos of bench workouts and will finish with my meet results when I get back from Nationals.

My last cycle was TR3ST - 75mg/day TR3N - 120mg/day along with Formron. Had fantastic results & would strongly recommed it for anyone.
 
Did you run letro at all during the cycle?
I know none of the days in your logs says you did but just wondering.
And how did the rest of the PCT go? I read that nolva wouldnt be a good pct for progestins, wondering if you had any issues at all during pct with nolva?
Im planning on running this cycle soon in hopes to get my strength up and your log seems to spark my interest even more.
 
I have some Olympus products on my way:

1x TR3N
1x TR3ST
1x TransFORM
1x EL1MINATE

awesome I will be doing for the next 4 weeks:
50mg trest + 90mg tr3n + 2-3 pumps formeron (finishing it before opening transform)

then taking out the tren and replace it with another 4 weeks of:

50 mg trest + 45mg epi + transform + 3-4 caps eliminate

running until everything is gone then start with PCT:

tamoxifen + ostarine + sup3r pct

HELL YEAH!!!!!

I had Letro on hand but did not use it. I've always had good results with nolva for pct.
