Had a great chest workout this morning! Here's a couple pics that I'm past due on, with my sh!tty camera. Still holding water from my weekend diet(not the greatest:) I'll get some better ones up this week.

Thanks Kenpo! Not sure if it's the carbs from the weekend or the dose of 1-Andro pre workout but my pump was absolutely insane this morning! Curious to see what it will be like when I lower my carbs this week and keep dosing the 1-Andro pre workout to see if the pump stays.

Post workout shake today. 1 1/2 scoops X Blend Seven chocolate with the blueberry crisps, water and ice in a blender. Super good nothing like chocolate covered blueberries.

Thanks buddy! Diet has been super clean so far, I can definitely tell I'm starting to lose a little bloat from the weekend already! I'm really excited to see how this stack works out. The taste of the liquid isn't bad at all, I've had much much worse. I'm dosing at 5:30 AM, 10-11AM, 4-5PM and 9-10 PM. Trying to spread it out as much as I can.

I just ate some cream of rice with 1 1/2 scoops of protein. If you've never tried the cream of rice you should. It's a great alternative to oats, I have both in my cupboard and switch between the two.

Actually I lift fasted cause I have to wake up at 5:15. I have a shake normally post workout with some eggs. I use the cream of rice and protein as a meal throughout the day.

Ever since I showed my gf that a splash of caramel & some instant coffee in heated almond milk is basically a 60 cal caramel latte, she's been layin' one back almost every day lol.

You have Shop N Save in your neck of Indy, Pete? They recently brought a LOT of the WF lineup to the one here. I don't shop much there, but I dig their thincut chickenbreast better than ALDI & I go in for random things now & again.

Never had Ezekiel bread til this weekend. 3.70/loaf at TJ's, but it was baller. Worried it would be nasty. Better than any 'whole grain' bread I've ever had.
 
Get outta here. Where do you find blueberry? I've only come across WF chocolate, caramel, and pancake syrup in stores.

My store stocks them right next to the rest of the WF line! It's good, the regular WF syrup is better tho :)

I'm actually in South Bend about 2 1/2 hrs. North of Indy but no there's no shop n save.
 
Thanks, I have a feeling this stack is going to get me really close where I want to be this summer. I want to keep as much muscle as I can and drop about 2% BF to bring me around 7-8%

That shouldn't be too hard for you. You've obviously got things dialed in.
 
Busted out some legs today. I kept everything lighter cause my lower back is crazy sore from do physical labor for my families business

Right after this I went into a giant set

Dual leg toe elevated calf raises-30 reps

Legs are fried!
