good for you...i haven't had any alcohol in over 17 years.
That is awesome man!!
I've gotten into havin a few here and there again, I need to get back off of them. Becomes a habit to easy for me..
Thanks! I like to squat heavy and fighting the urge to today was toughReally nice leg wo!! That's awesome on squats for it being so long!! Great job playing smart and still pushing a little more each time!
Those SLDL for 20's must have had your hams just a burning... nice
Ya, and I am afraid it is going to get worse as I up my test!I think I can. I'd really like to put more size on before I start cutting though. In a few weeks, after this short cut, I'll slowly up my cals and try to grow some more before lowering them again. Got a few other things I'll be adding indude...if you are on test e it aint no wonder appetite is up, lol....i have to give you credit, that is a short timeframe to prep for a contest so soon after surgery!!!props if you can pull it off!!!
Thanks man.I really liked the slow decent. I worked on my form some, and really tried to get down in the hole on them. I normally can't get much past parallel, if any. And going "lighter" and slow I felt like I could work on it some.Nice leg lifts, JDG. 225x10x3 w/ a slow descent isn't that light having not done them in so long.
Ya, I had said something to my wife last night and she was like "WHAT?? I thought you were going to wait until next spring?" LOL. I told her I will see how I am about 12-14 weeks out and go from theredude...if you are on test e it aint no wonder appetite is up, lol....i have to give you credit, that is a short timeframe to prep for a contest so soon after surgery!!!props if you can pull it off!!!
Yes the sweating and appetite suppresion from it and the DCP both have kicked in more. The appetite suppresion almost to much. I've been pretty busy and it makes it to easy to skip a meal when I am not hungry. Honestly I have noticed my weight loss has stalled some. I don't know if it is from not eating enough or what. I do look fuller and my wife said I looked leaner so maybe I am getting more of a recomp effect then strictly losing BF ? The pictures will tell in a few weekscombustion is 1st stim product that actually kicked in more effective after 2 weeks....you notice that you are sweating more now than when you 1st started?
Oh ya, in the end it will all be worth itThat's all very exciting news! I'm sure it will be quite stressful but well worth it all in the end.
Oh ya, in the end it will all be worth itI just know how stressful it got during school and the studying before. I used to laugh at some of the younger kids in my class. They would all complain how hard it was to find time to study, and how stressed they would get. Then I would think to myself, they are single (most) they live at home (most) they have no real responsibiltys. I am married, worked part-time, and have three kids and made it. I know it was my choice, but it was always funny to see them squirm when they had "so much studying to do!!" LOL

Got a few other things I'll be adding inI had actually planned on competing about a month ago. I started cutting to late, and my body fought back. Then had some "life" issues come up which put a few more strikes against me. So I ended up calling it off. I WILL GET back on stage again though damnit!!!
Been there too.. restarted my career when I had kids etc... made for very long, stressful days... but my god it was worth it! Good on ya bro.
Yes I believe a recomp is more like itI wouldn't "sweat" the bodyweight too much hahaI'm guessing that, like you said, you are getting a recomp effect more than anything. Combustion + DCP 2.0 is a potent combo!Congrats on the upcoming busy life
Also, congrats on the log. I just got picked for the Ostar1ne one

I agree, I need to quit watching the scales. I know the stack is doing what it is supposed to do. Decreased hunger (very much so), increase sweating, increased energy, better focus etc. So if the scales doesn't move, or my BF stays the same, it is because of my diet or other factors I am sure. I will know more when I take the "after" pics to compare them.
^^ This is exactly how I feel. Stop sweating the scales and enjoy the product and insane focus in the gym.
Good luck on your test/studying homie!
Ya I agree with you guys on the scales. I know what my issue is. Earlier this year I had decided to compete. There were a lot of reasons why I didn't. But the main one was I started prepping to late. To get a quick jumpstart on my weightloss I dropped ALL carbs, started T3 and Clen. I dropped 13lbs in under two weeks. Then my weight loss all but stopped. I tweaked my diet some and upped my cardio, over the next two weeks and nothing changed. So I said screw it...so now seeing that I am not dropping much if any weight just makes me nervous that I will have a hard time when I do prep again.
Oh it's been a few months ago. I was going to compete June 7 and it was around 10-12 weeks before then that I added them back in. And actually my diet wasn't the best before I started this log so cleaning it up should of helped. How long ago did you add carbs back?
I honestly think when I get under 2300-2400 cals my metabolism shuts down. When I started the log I was on my diet to a T. I have a full days diet wrote out and follow it day in and day out. But now I seem to skip a meal, forget to put olive oil in, miss a few scoops of PB etc etc so I know they are too low.
Ya that may be nextA refeed might help quite a bit, and the DCP2.0 will help with nutrient partitioning.
