oh my god that some volume. no wonder your shoulders were burning. i got weird looks at chipotle when i said no cheese and no sour cream and no guac. theyre like you want it plain with medium salsa? i was like yup that actually oddly fits my macros as long as i take down a protein shake with it. then i got even stranger looks. could only laugh on my way out.
That's exactly how I get my bowl!

I'd prolly skip kettle swings or anything that works the hips/posterior chain for now.

If I had to compare your intensity with most guys or gals, I'd say you're up there at the top. I know i'd be wiped keeping up with your intensity.

You're that person that people try not to stare at, but they're thinking, "damn, I wouldn't mess with her! She's a beast!"

Wow!!!! I haven't trained arms separately in a while! Forgot the pump you get from just arms!!! I feel like I have man arms! Haha ;p I went in on a mission and didn't start my hr monitor nor write anything down so, I'll try to remember it all! Got several crazy looks which is always hilarious to me! It was a crazy good workout though!!

I've been consistently dosing the C2K 3x's @ 1.75 ml. I am really liking the energy it gives me at the beginning of my workout! I only need 1/2 my pwo before to get going and the other half to continue midway.

Shoulders are nice and sore from yesterday so I warmed up and stretched a lot before doing my dips

Thanks guys!! It really felt great! Could've cried a few times from the burn! Haha The dips felt great! They didn't hurt my shoulder/chest!! :D I just wish the bars weren't on the whole other side of the gym! Lol @ Superbeast- you made me busy out laughing on that one!!
 
Sitting at the car lot...Sooooo hungry! I had 1 1/2 scoops protein powder with almond milk after my workout and before we headed this way @ 11:30. Not sure I will reach my calorie goals today! Lol
 
It's official! My old car is gone and here's my new one! God always provides! So thankful!! :) What a birthday present! Haha (Big purchases freak me out!)

Got to the house and had 2 spoonfuls of pb too! Lol

Yes she is! Beautiful inside and out! She kick a** in the gym too!! :)

All good stuff, you seem to have the same qualities. I always say that lifting is mental, physical and spiritual. You need all 3 to get the most out of the experience.

Hmmmm Quite surprised and puzzled that my bis/tris aren't sore! My shoulders are super sore from Thursday though! Hubby's making me ribs for my bday dinner! Yumm! You guys all got it stuck in my head last weekend! Thanks! ;p
