Ace gets stimul8'd with finaflex

It depends, but usually consists of two huge sweet potatoes mashed, plus 1-2 cups mixed raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, with sliced banana.
Then 6-8Oz meat.

Then a slice of pie or something else.

Not to mention two hours later I'm starving so I eat an amount equivalent to that.

Still pretty strict dieting, nice job!I need to start doing that instead of eating a whole medium pizza lol.
 
I used to go the pizza route, but it's summer time now and I don't feel like being fat every time I take my shirt off, lol.

I'm already as lean as I care to be, so I'll probably slow down on the cut and transition into a recomp.
 
Man those are some nice carb meals. I like the idea of the berries in the sweet potato btw....sounds rather appetizing.

Ill have to try this method bud. Almost feel cheated on the taste doing it this way but in a pinch it works

We didn't have the doors open today and I was drenched. Cotton shirt was a bad idea.

Trained legs today

My hip was out, and itb was a tad tight, but I'd still say it was successful.

Leg curls four sets, last set 25 partials

SSB squat to box
265x10 sets x5 reps
45 second rest

Squat to box, not box squat. Almost like a pause squat

Leg press x whatever

Leg extension one giant pyramid set

BB RDL
185x3x10
25#plates deep stretch 4 second negative, pause at bottom

Cable crunch 4x10
Hanging leg raise 4xF
Hanging were done alternating single legs

Reverse hyper 70x3x10

My hip was pulling on the reverse hyper, so I didn't push it.

finished with the RDL within an hour, then took another 20, taking our time with the abs and hyper
 
Well, sadly enough, my tub is getting low :(

Going to miss that mood enhancement and tingling on the way to the gym.
 
Sorry guys I've been busy for the last few days.

I've reached the final days of my tub.
Took a little over a half scoop today and man I was sweating just coaching my girl on squats.

Trained chest today, focus was on point, as per usual with stimul8.
 
Seeing as I've used enough servings of this product I think I am safe to give a review. With the holiday coming up I won't be on here much at all so I don't want to forget to do this.

Here's the final scale, provided by the judgment day.

My flavor was cherry limeade


1)This product was easy to mix and I enjoyed the taste... 5/5

When I mixed this in a shaker there's nothing left. No excessive foam, no chunks stuck to the side, nothing.
I will say that when I used a spoon / cup, I had a tiny bit of sediment at the bottom.
Seeing as everyone has a shaker, and how well it mixes in a shaker, I still give it a 5/5

As for the taste, I was blown away. It was absolutely refreshing and I really enjoyed sipping it on the way to the gym.
So many pres these days taste terrible, and I throw the scoop dry into my mouth, and chase with water. With stimul8 I didn't like to do this, I felt cheated out of the flavor.
Easily 5/5 here

2) This product was a great source of clean energy/good mood... 5/5

The mood enhancement was the first thing I noticed with stimul8.
Driving to the gym with a huge smile on my face, loving life. As I got towards the end of the tub this was not as noticeable as originally, but still there.

The pick up on stimul8 was really smooth, never felt "rushed" or anything like that, just cool, calm, and focused. The come down was really easy as well, I noticed no crash.


3) This product helped me power through my training sessions... 5/5

I had plenty of energy to get thru all my sessions and move quickly. I felt great while training, love being at the gym.

4) This product enhanced my mental focus...5/5

Hands down where this product shines most. I had laser focus and determination. I haven't gotten that great of focus from a pre in a while.

I even used this to keep me sharp at work all night long- practically every night I had to work. Really did help, and I'd recommend it just for that, even if you didn't lift.

5) This product had great thermogenic effects...5/5

Drenched.
I'd do prehab and already be sweating profusely.
Cotton shirts = no go

6) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family... 5/5

Actually, a few people asked me about thermogenics, so I let them try a half scoop of stimul8... When you only use a half scoop at a time, you can afford to lend a few scoops out. So yeah, I already have recommended it, and will so again.
If that sale is still going I might end up just grabbing more of this stuff.

I must say I started with less than a half and now I use roughly a half scoop, maybe slightly more. I'm going to try 3/4 tomorrow and report back.

Took 3/4 scoop today and it was just like my very first half scoop.. So tolerance did go up, from a half to three quarters

Today I forgot my shaker so I just put my Stimul8 in my mouth to chug it down....inhaled and hurt LoL. Dat burn!
