Figured I'd update this now that I have time!!!

Nationals is coming up in just over a week.
Had a set back I did injure my back 5 weeks ago. Wasn't able to deadlift till last week and squats have been rough. Bench I 5 sec paused 430 pretty cake like. Not my best but getting better which means shoulders are getting better.

Planned openers... 620 squat NO Wraps 375 bench and 700 deadlift. I guess we will see how my back handles but I'm ready. Tomorrow is last training day then it's back recovery

Thank you bros can't believe people are still following. I shall continue to update. Life got rough. Had anothet kid... Lost job... Just found a new home... Injury... Training... New job. I'm down to 265 from 283 since the injury. Sucks
