Alright yall... So doing some experimenting since USPA Nationals is over. Still slightly injured. Quad is healing up nicely. Back is I better some days then other but it's time to rebuild steadily.
Diet is being changed... Yes of course I'll still have my Oreos, Burritos and Chocolate milk lmao but my meals will be nutrient dense and mainly clean with A LOT of vegetables and some fruits. Utilizing all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants... Etc.
I will be stretching as often as I lift. The least flexible guy right now and looking to increase the ROM of my body. This shall help with decreasing the risk of injury and help my strength in ways.
I will also be training differently. New training cycle begins today! For I compete in November! Do Work!!!

I like your philosophy big man. I'll be 36 in a few months and will def need to increase my stretching to continue making progress in the gym and also general well-being in life

So that first week was brutal... My legs were sore from Monday to Saturday. Volume squats twice a week and deadlifts once and bench twice. Tonorrow starts the second week. I'm back up 7lbs too :-)

Squats and Bench didn't go as planned yesterday but eh... Deads and push press today!!!

****ing love push press bro! Make up for that **** today! I know you will :)

Keep killin it bro! You'll be back to championship style in no time. Sorry to hear about the injury too.

Thank you fam and I did make up for it. Killed it. I'm doing more volume. Havnt went over 600 since my injury and then the meet. Opened with 662 lmao raw. I tripled 605 beltless like nothin today

Oh and btw I havnt ran gear or anything hormonal since nationals. Hence dropping 30lbs eek. I'm way more weak but I'm back up 8+lbs and strength is coming back naturally

That natty volume training should pay off huge come time for the next meet, big man. Excited to see what the future holds.

Thank you bro. I've always pretty much trained myself. I ran my template up till nationals which is more of a modified conjugate style. Now I'm running my friends template whose the #1 ranked raw 275 lifter. It's like a modified 531 with more volume. So yea gonna take gettin use to but worth a try lol

Haha wtf figures you would improve while being injured. Well done bro!

Workin on it bro. I'll bounce back. My goal at Nats was 720 squat, 430 bench and 760 dead raw but injury set me back. I was weighing 283 rigjt before. It's ok I'm young. Havnt even primed yet and I'm doing well ;-)

Had a good two Days this week. Yesterday worked up to 550 beltless raw squat. I don't use wraps. Then used #3 rev bands. 585x5 605x5 635x3 655x3 675x2
Worked up deads... 585x5 605x5 635x1 2 in tank... 585 beltless for 2

Hella Ghey for yall hahaha I'm trying to make an AM come back

Soooo **** just got real. A team called One Time Powerlifting... A good team with all time world record holder Josh Spaeth challenged my buddy and I to assemble a team to compete against in November with serious **** on the line. So we got out team. Myself and a few world rec holders and we got Ben Seath and his brother to join us. Ben Seath is an animal powerlifter. Did a 2000+ raw total at 308 19yo lmao we also might have Ibn Mahama another Animal athlete as well as Andy Roof who is good for a 2000+ raw total lmao my buddy Grigsby will prob be joining us as well. A young cat that can pull 750+ raw double overhand hook lmao squats close to 7

I need to keep busy or else I'll keep finding my way into stupid threads. Going back to work next week should help some. A lot of the posts I make and threads I visit are because I'm bored. Thinking I should pay more attention to a thread like this from now on

Hahah well I'm back and on my way to independancy. My sponsors clash and I ain't about that. I'm cool with my friends that treat me well. What's between them is them and I don't need to be looked at diff because of that

Figured I throw some **** out there. Switching between my training methods and a buddies. 30lbs lighter and still putting up weight. Well over a 600+ raw squatter. Today went to an easy 585... 550x2, 455x3 Paused and 405x9 Beltless all with No Wraps. Felt good

Thank you. Havnt really went heavy since Nationals. Lots of Volume. I'm an overload lifter. Didn't have that chance today. I'm happy where I am. No gear either for 2 months and no PCT so lmao Aminos and PWO, fish oil, multi, joint support. Boom!

Wish the rep power was still a thing here; that's damn impressive!

I think I could do 20+ with 405 if I wasn't huffin and puffin by 8 lmao

What's with the queer wrist cutting music man? Did you get back on the D again? Lmao sick sh!t with the pauses. My best paused like that is much lighter lol
