Clear muscle, casual log, share your experiences!

With or without food, it would seem that it doesn't matter. I take my afternoon dose before I head out for lunch where I have some lunch, take a walk to the cafe and have a latte with a snack, then usually I take a short-ish walk (slow as snails cardio I suppose you can count it as, lol).

you made me pick up a bottle, im 4 weeks out from my show so now would be the time for it to shine. Working at a supp store has it perks, got it rather cheap :p, also got some king for cheap too. Time for big gainz
 
Sounds like this product would pair extremely well with Arachidonic acid.
I think it would with anything that's anabolic. Appreciably improved recovery goes hand in hand with increased anabolism IMO. Just have to take advantage of that better protein breakdown to synthesis ratio.

^^ lol im stacking all 3 at once for the last month of my prep atm. Worth the money if it helps, working at a supp store has its benefits too on price ;)
 
myosynergy has the folli in it to, I think I notice some fat loss with the cm no strength increase yet though

Any strength or muscle gains from the CM would be an indirect effect tbh. Your anabolism is basically coming from training and diet, possibly other supps you might be on which may be anabolic.

Soon I'll be cycling off X-Factor and adding in King.

Yea absolutely. I was mainly speaking moreso for the DOMS aspect but I definitely agree with you.
 
Guess ill give you guys an update..

Week 1 ---> Week 4
180.4lbs --> 183.4lbs
265x3 ----> 275x3x2 (bench)
265x5 ----> 275x7 (squat)
295x5----> 315x8/365x1 (dead lift)

Increase in vascularity/fullness. Off this whole week for the beach
 
Interested in this possibly.. currently bulking/running OG Anabeta/X-Gels/Alphamax. AB/Alphamax will be ran for 8 weeks, X-Gels closer to 12 because im working out 4 days a week...

Any possible way to bridge Clear Muscle potentially with Follidrone/King as well AFTER the above is completed. Would I need to take a break in between each stack..?

Been interested in Phosphatic Acid since reading the thread/study info. and Follidrone seems to be getting incredible positive feedback... Plus I mean Mean if Clear Muscle produces some positive results I wouldnt mind throwing that on as well. I would probably run it when X-Gels is completely gone though... I think my last 4 weeks on X-Gels will be stacked with Slinsane and normal HMB..

Having you not used any of them before, I'd recommend trying them all on their own, if you do stack I think either CM/PA or FD/PA

Nah I see I see you. I was thinking FD and cm. A lot of ppl seem to get run down / have trouble adjusted to the insane volume brought on my FD and if cm is as anti catabolic / pro recovery as its supposed to be, seems like a match made in heaven

I was just thinking that FD + CM both being the "powerhouses" (from what I've seen), that PA would make a nice addition, since its been noted as a size/fullness enhancer
 
Thanks guys, I may either run one at a time or get enough to stack one or the other with Folli. 8 full weeks youre using either PA or FOllidrone..? or longer potentially. Obviously clear muscle you can run for lengthy periods of times without cycling..
 
imma do folli 12-16 weeks bloodowkr seems to improve lipid markers.

cm, i guess you can run year round... if your wallet allows lol

any studies on running follidrone over 8 weeks? positives/negatives?

Clear muscles is a bit pricy but im sure someone is going to have a sale where I could get some at the right price :)
 
No studies, but several members are running it over 8 weeks now and continue to see results. There really is nothing pointing to a reason it cannot be taken longer. I plan to run a 12 week and gather labs to compare against my pre and during run. I am starting my 3rd week of my second run.

CM would stack nicely with either PA or FD. I would do PA separate from FD though because those two are muscle builders. CM is a recovery supp that is highly anti-catabolic.
 
Pretty impressive weight gains on Clear Muscle... interesting. Wasnt sure if forum members would respond quite as well in that aspect as the study participants did (due to less strict/controlled training and diet).

I'm following the same routine plus a strict diet (5,300 cal/day)

It'd be hard for me to not gain weight even with my metabolism
 
5300 cal a day. It sounds fun on paper, but I used to hate it when I'd bulk. I'd be right in 5-6k range too.
 
Currently running follidrone, clear muscle, and micro pa. Just finished laxogen aka secretabridge and added the micro pa. By far the best natty stack I have ever done. Very interested to see what occurs from dropping the laxogen and adding the micro pa. Since using follidrone and clear muscle I have been receiving lots of comments. People keep asking me if I am bulking up for the summer. Funny thing is I am actually trying to cut.. Will update in a couple weeks.
 
Damnit, going to have to rethink my deadlift days. 3.5 plates is def my max (for 3 reps on a good day), I shouldn't try to hit that every week since some weeks are a go and others are a fail. Think I'll keep the heavy sets to 3 plates + 30 lbs and just work on getting reps higher then hit the 3.5s every 3 weeks or so to test and see if I can get reps up higher on those so that I can eventually get them up consistently.
 
I don't know its been 4 weeks and I can't say I'm noticing a hell of a lot from cm. I'm training really hard though so thats something, havent had any huge strength gains and I attribute the increased recovery to the fact that I started alternating nice long steam showers and cold showers after every workout for the last 3 weeks. i have been going like a machine though sometimes twice a day, had to force a day off today
 
That is how I get. I love my vacations and time off, but I inevitably start wanting to get back into schedule.

Yes. I'm a pretty OCD person when it comes to routine

I can easily make adjustments or whatever, but I just very much enjoy having atleast a rough routine

Now to see how my strength has held up.... :scared:

I'm not 100% keen on the muscle tech program. I like to training with a bit more frequency, ie, 6 times a week.

Is it absolutely crucial to run the muscle tech program when dosing?

No. It is however absolutely crucial to be be objectively training to the point where recovery would be a rate limiting factor without CM supplementation, thus with CM supplementation it can then mitigate the recovery issue when training at that level. This level is obviously different for everyone but the key here is to be objective rather than going by just perception of the level of work being done.

It's like driving a car on a congested freeway, CM in that scenario decongests the freeway but for you to take advantage of it, you would obviously need to drive faster to get to where you want to go more quickly.

This sounds interesting. I feel like my job (warehouse work, constant lifting) ruins my recovery sometimes, especially during this cut, so I wonder if this would allow me to train as hard as I want while working as hard as I need to.

I mean I do not believe CM will benefit CNS recovery, muscle recovery yes. That being said, a 2,4 or even a 6 week balls to the wall program will most likely not induce OT syndrome as long as your mindful of your body. A 2-4 week overreach forcing your body to dig deeper into its adaptive reserve will be able to maximize CM's benefits while reducing risks of overtraining. I have yet to try CM but I have dosed regular HMB at 3-6 grams using this protocol with good success in the past. You will find by the end of 2 weeks or so your body has adjusted to the point where benching and squatting everyday is not even an issue. (I used to be a naysayer and never thought I could do heavy squat/bench 3+ times a week until I tried it.)
 
Can someone explain to me why CM at 80 dollars a bottle is superior to 6-8 grams of Ca-hmb which is approx the same price? Do the absorption rates make it superior to more than double the dose? Or is there a MOA I am unaware?
 
Do you guys take this with empty stomach? Let say 30minutes before meal or 2hiurs after meal, or whatever it goes?
