Been sick all week with a nasty early summer bronchial thing. I hope to be back in the gym tomorrow or Sunday.
Weighted vest walk yesterday of 2 miles, then I had to help pull up 1400sf of carpet that had been flooded.
You want to test your conditioning, tear up and load wet carpet. Good lawd that was pure misery.

i usually lose strength when i lose weight...but usually conditioning improves...maybe you are coming down with something?
I think I just need to devote more time to harder exercises like prowler & sprinting. It may just seem to be getting worse as it's getting gradually hotter in the gym as well. Heat absolutely stifles my appetite and the humidity drains me.
Just gots to get tougher...it gets increasingly more difficult as I age. I just want to be a *****. :biglaugh:

Or you could just move the weight.
I'm trying to figure out ways to keep doing so. Next heavy squat day will be in the 500's, and I don't want to gas out after my first set of doubles.
