Still maintaining weight, even though I managed to smoke 440g carbs yesterday. I can't really see anything at this point, but my carbs are drastically increased on training days, I'm getting stronger, yet my weight is staying the same.

Good recomp so far I'd say.
 
That's awesome! I seem to be doing the same on my second bottle of Combustion. Weight is staying almost the same, but my belly seems to be slowly shrinking and my lifts are the same or a bit higher in some cases.

I'm about a week into XI-KT as well, though ;)
 
Loved XI-KT, wish I ran it longer than 5 weeks though. Really started to shine around weeks 4-5. If I ever run it again, it would be 2.5-3ml for 8-12 weeks.

I've been running 1.5 mL for 1 week and liking it so far. I planned on 1.5mL for 6 weeks straight. I'll bet 2-3 mL would give some great results.

im stashing my combustion so when i reach about 10 pounds above my goal weight, i can use 2 or 3 bottles and do a massive cut

I think it becomes more effective the longer you use it.

I'm tempted to run three bottles back to back, but I probably won't ;)

i think the thermo really kicks in at the 2 week mark. the amount of sweating i am doing is unreal!!!

Tried to do these more explosively for fewer reps. Not like I can bang out 20 at once or anything, but I was counting on 2-3 reps/set up to 15 total.

Weight still hanging around 302-ish, despite a big weekend of eating.

As much as I'd love to go to a regular gym, I just can't. I work days/nights/holidays/weekends. I workout whenever I can! Definitely can't rely on these local gyms opening up @ 5am mon-Fri.

Trying to get fed today, ME squats tomorrow. Too damn hot to eat. :/

Had a cheat day yesterday and didn't train or cardio, weight was 299.8 today.

I might just lock this diet up and get to 295 by Friday...we'll see.

300#, size large belt. I was 4 holes from the end before I started dieting.

So I thought I was going to deadlift all my cares away today...and I was dead wrong. Whole session was a fawking grinder and my head was not in it. It doesn't help that I hate the local wellness center. I mean, look what I find while searching for 2 10# plates-

dcp/combustion is badass in bottles, this is the kinda comment almost everyone says. like having your cake and eating it too.
 
Wow, some awesome progress on the weight loss so far!

DCP 2.0 and Combustion are no joke, that's for sure!

Sorry to hear about the bad lifting day :( We all have them, but hopefully it's just a fluke.
