okay i wanted to share this. i remember when you said someone added 100lbs to there deadlift, well my folli has not arrived just yet, but i still have lots of myo and im getting 200mg of epi(-) dosed 14 caps of it, holy fk. i did back yesterday and was mental, i bent over rowed 225 for 6 sets of, 11,8,8,9,6. then heres where i knew something was different, on rack pulls which is a new exercise to my current routine, my best PR for deadlifts ever had been 352lbs (160kg) for 5 reps usually the last exercise i do on my back workouts to. , and i haven't done them in ages, same as rack pulls, last week i hit them for 225 (100kg) x 15, then 180kg x 6, was pretty happy with that, since thats 20kg more than what i have ever done on what was almost the same ROM as deads.then yesterday on racks, i performed 140kg (300lb) x 14, this set all the reps were fast explosive, so i went, (180kg) 392lbs - booom x 7 reps, i locked it out and held onto it on the last rep back was pumped like a blimp, so i went stupid and put to more 10kg plates on (200kg!!) 440lbs... took a big rest and i didn't think i would get it lol, got mad as **** and bam 1 rep, locked it out. after i felt like i was going to collapse, light headed but wow. this was just one exercise though out of 5 others, total volume came out to be 30 sets lol and racks were not the first. weighted pullups and bent rows, first then t-bar rows, pulldowns were before themand i could go on, about the other lifts that have gone up while in a deficit this week to. Im exited to make the switch to folli next week, to see how things change.
