In need of advice to make sense of all this

Well guys I've been creeping and reading about all these new natty sups and trying to figure out which one(s) to give a try. My goal is to recomp basically. So some of the few I've been reading up on are obviously follidrone, maybe some x-factor, there's so many I can't even remember the names. Anything else you boys can think of I'm pretty much game.

If you want to recomp, X Gels is definitely the way to go. ArA is fantastic for both cutting and recomp phases of training/dieting. We definitely recommend some sort of carnitine salt, i prefer ALCAR for the focus boost as well as it's pretty cheap. Also, you should probably be using creatine as it's cheap, effective, and can be used indefinitely. Really the only other thing i like for a recomp would be Forskolin in bulk. Synthetic Supplements has quality forskolin, decent prices too.

If your goal is to recomp, Alphamax is a solid option. It will help you on multiple levels. It contains a full dose of Forskolin and Arimistane. The forskolin will help any with recomping. The AI will give you that lean and hard look that you'll probably want to achieve. Also, Alphamax will help free up and and keep testosterone levels high which will help to keep your strength up and even imprive which can be difficult to do during a recomp. You will also sleep like a baby so recovery will be better as well. It is truly a great all in one productX-Gels are great too from what I have read. I just started my first run of X-Gels on Sunday, so I cannot comment on them yet. A stack people have been talking about lately is Alphamax and X-Gels. That is my current stack.

How long you been using Anabeta?

I think you'll love alphamax and x gels as a top stack. Add in Betaine and your set imo

Anabeta Elite is seriously the gold standard IMO with multiple human-proven recomp ingredients, but based on your experience, go with either X-gels or myosynergy next

Heae to the Arachironic help guide for a more detailed guide but basically all you need is a carnitine salt (AlCAR,PLCAR or LCLT are good) and GMS.

Even if it was $70 it wouldn't be a rip off if it works.
Folli at $70 is still a better deal than garbage at $30.
Plus that was the move of np not the supplement..

im running follidrone right now and by itself it was decent but when I stacked it with an ECA combo man... the pumps I'm getting are insaaaane. I'm around 2.5 weeks in on this and I'm just excited to hit the gym. I'm getting a good recomp effect with this. My appetite is also up ( even with the ECA ) so I think it works for my needs.

Good appetite to eat clean meals and enough calories while I elevate my endurance with the stack

don't get me wrong though. ARA/gms/alcar with f95 combo is still the shiznits which will be my next stack after this folli run. Just like OP my body did not respond enough to anabeta elite (stand alone) for me to buy it again. I do like the pure f95 more

You can certainly use them both, but if you want to gauge as to which supplement is working for you or not, then use separately.

Usually, if I'm using a product or two for the first time, I like to use them separately to see or gauge the effectiveness.

But in any case, if you want to double up, then go ahead amigo! You'll love it.

Just wanted to give sns a shout out. I just opened their creatine and it's crazy. They packed the jug so full of creatine it's unreal. On top of the crazy value you get with this stuff it's the finest powder I've ever seen which to me says it's quality stuff. I don't think I'll ever buy another creatine.

I can tell. Usually you get a tub and if you're lucky it might be 3/4 full. This thing is packed so tight it's almost a nuisance. Lol I'm not complaining though
