If FOLLIDRONE is bunk & results R placebo Ill take placebo

I knew it was gonna sound dumb but I wrote it anyway, so no offense taken. But i have not gotten any results I tried taking up to 4 shakes a day on training days, 2-3 on non training days, and not seen any difference at all, I'm actually gonna stop taking it all together to see if anything happens, and I've usually used ON whey, went through like 3 10 pound bags of that stuff, I've taken synth-6, i tried top secret nutritions which was good, and now I'm trying vitamin shoppes brand which was much better than expected, but like i said, once I'm done with this 5 pound bucket i will stop to see what, if anything changes. Things i have responded to was twin labs ripped fuel in the 90's, prolabs andro back in the day, and juice off course lol

Its not like protein has acute effects.., it is a supplemental addition to your diet to meet protein requirements. It wont supercharge results over eating meat instead...

If these shakes are on top of typical daily calories it should add mass but over time and simply because you are in caloric surplus.
 
Ive been trying to gain mass for decades. I started at 135lbs.
Ive been up to a lean dry 235lbs. 100lbs of muscle.
Took a decade, every cocktail known to man, endless food intake, plus training of Yates worthyness.
Ive learned a few things.
1...eat your food. Protein shakes are great of your starving or traveling or cant otherwise eat but should not replace a meal long term.
When I eat all my meals I get larger, harder, stronger and muscle are more...dense. I also grow faster this way regardless or outside stimulus.
2. you need to eat a crapload of protein. 2g per lb is a good place for a BB.
kai green eats so much meat its stupid. Like 700g daily.

Try to eat your food and....eat a ton of protein. Ive heard every argument regarding how much protein you can absorb.....try eating more and see what happens. ;)

all true, I bet the pics of us 15 years ago to now would be equally as dramatic, I know I actually graduated high school at 175 (about 11 years ago) and I walk around at 240 now, no gear, but **** I gained like 40lbs in high school

240 is big even for a 6'1 guy. ESPECIALLY clean.
I had a cardiac arrest during my last cycle. Dead.
They shocked me back, induced coma and froze my body. They slowly brought be back over a week or so and I was in the coma for 11 days.
I lost I think 70ish lbs as I didnt eat for 2 weeks straight and then ate sparingly for a month after...rough road. I couldnt get out of bed for a while.

No more cycling but Ive grown back up into the 215 range from 165-170. Its been 2 years. Just hard work and food and good old fashioned muscle memory (thank God).
Im not as big as I used to be...Not like my avi. I was an Fn hulking monster then...but I died shortly after that picture lol.
An unhealthy pursuit it proved to be for me.

Im still the same man though.
I still train with the same guys...all 240-280.
I still give 110% even with my pacemaker.....my cardiologist said only lift 25 lbs....I deadlifted 505 a couple months ago before I started my cut.
I told her and she freaked out lol.

We are all gonna die.
We are all headed for pain and old age.....

May as well live life like an FN savage.

Thanks man, yeah I've taken gear but not in about two years. I work at it pretty hard tho. The guy in that pic is Hafþór Júlíus "Thor" Björnsson, he plays "The Mountain" in Game of Thrones, dude is supposed to be 6'9" 420lbs. Incredible.

I have seen you post about the cardiac arrest a little but not in much detail, really scary stuff, glad to hear you made it through ok. 215 is amazing to have bounced back honestly, and naturally. I'm the same tho, I wouldn't be able to stop. I had a herniated disk in my lower lumbar about 6-7 years ago, broke bones in both my feet last year, lots of setbacks but nothing that major. I've never gone too crazy with the juice tho, I always took what people would usually consider very low levels.

Sh!t I wish I had some guys bigger than me to train with, I've been lifting solo for about two years now. And yes we are all headed for pain and old age, it's disgusting haha
 
Holy crap Brundel. Glad you're still with us. I don't cycle much anymore and when I do, it's just 3-4 weeks at very low doses...but when I was 200-ish, I felt like hell. My body was rebelling and definitely telling me to throttle back. Glad we're in an era where there are fun natty things to take to keep it interesting. Will try to get my hands on your elusive compound soon.

Woah.

This story is why I emphasize that high BP on cycle can cause long term damage. People worry more about methylation but forget that high BP damages the endothelium, often with disastrous results.

Glad to know you pulled through and don't let it hold you back.

......i was 179lbs when they did my physical for football in the 7TH GRADE! Graduated high school as a 218lb Strong Safety. Needless to say no one wanted to come across the middle lol. Right now im sitting at 245lbs. Was 239 before Follidrone. 6'1!
 
Looks like biotivia will also gonna release epicatechin name heracles. Dosage is 50mg but it indicate 90%. What about follidrone?

Yea well I'm willing to bet my bottle of folli everyone here takes a protein shake, and if it's "just protein" Why is everyone using it?!
 
Doesn't cooking ur protein take make it weaker? And drinking must definitely be easier to absorb than eating something, don't get me wrong I don't miss any meals, I have my shakes on top of my meals

Our dose is more than 400% of that.
I know they are not using the same extract we are either. It may be a lesser extract.

Ours is also higher dosed and proven effective. I cant imagine why anyone would go with that instead of Follidrone.
There would be no logic.
 
There was and it happened. Sold out almost instantly. New shipment coming in though and will be at NP by next week again.
