I could be wrong, but they obviously don't use Androids otherwise it'd be fixed... I'm not surprised that you're hungry since you said you only consume 1200cals daily... Have you looked into increasing your calories like someone else suggested?

No, this is my first iPhone. Now I have my MacBook, iPad, and iPhone. I don't like PCs anymore.
Yes, women are complicated... I can, & do eat up to 2000+ in one sitting when I cheat... 300 is a snack...
If people are happy with iPhone's & other Apple products, generally they are less likely to like Android/PC... Power users like Android & PC...

Hahaha so crazy! My hubby and I can share food and have leftovers! I enjoy eating but I'm more if a grazer! LolI can down about 2lbs before feeling really full... I've got a great appetite, but unfortunately I have other problems that stop me satisfying it... A chick I knew felt ill watching the amount I ate... That was a proud moment... haha!

Pick up some digestive enzymes, not probiotics. You may eventually be able to ween yourself off of them.

I've actually got a script for enzymes because my pancreatitis... They are a lot better than the OTC enzymes... Is it necessary? No... Can it hurt? No... Ask your doctor when you go there this week...

Kat you can try getting a bit more of your cals from protein powder, especially immediately post-workout. Taking a couple scoops of whey right after your workout would give you 240 cal or so easily.

Also there's a lot of evidence that shows that protein shakes after workouts are really helpful. A 80/20 whey/caesin blend like PES Select is probably the most effective (and delicious). I've also gotten a lot of mileage out of protein overnight oats; they're very caloric but pretty easy to eat as well.

If you find it hard to eat more...try adding another shake in.Ok I will try to figure out how to add the calories in or maybe just another meal...I have done this crap before- I get too focused cutting crap out- I'll get my calories waaaay too low! If I just remember that my estimated calories burned just training alone today was around 1100 calories- not counting normal busy life...that ls just dumb!! Thank you for your help! I just let the fat chick kick in here and there and try to starve myself skinny I guess! Can't keep any muscle that way either!
Select is 50/50 whey/casein.
I have 1 1/2 scoops of a blended protein right now. 1/2 before and 1 after like I listed yesterday. But I could incorporate it for one of my other meals just to get the calories in for the day.
