Thanks man. I had actually set the safety pins one notch higher before doing this set and I was second guessing whether attempting without a spotter. Can't be lacking confidence when it comes to moving heavy weight.That a great pr man especially after that bit of a set back glad u didn't get hurt

Definitely way out of groove, I think I would have had it too. I try to get my 3rd attempt wrapped by my training partner, so really missed that tight wrap today. Also missed my 2.5m wraps, lol.Just a misgroove is all, that was going to cruise on up. Nice PR especially in the lighter wraps. I shudder to think what my squat would be in my 2m wraps.

Close to a couple big presses there. Do you try pushing back at the top? Sometimes when I'm about to miss guys will say "towards me" and I muster out the last couple inches...other times it still fails though haha. Just a thought.
And also after them OHPs probably made it hard too.

What's the difference in support between the blue and black. I've used the red one several times, but not the others. I understand that the black is similar to a multiply shirt, but how much does the blue help?
Black is SUPER strong. I personally don't like it for raw benching, it causes people to overtuck and goes a little above and beyond regular overload, like 80lbs carryover, and it takes maybe 225-275 to touch without really pulling the bar in. Blue is my favorite, minor overload, natural groove, can easily touch just about anything. Probably half the carryover of the black one.
