Dimethadrol from Olympus labs, get swole!w

You're in Tuscon, eh? You're a better man than I. My station is down there but I live in Phoenix. I just can't do tuscon lol

In for demoralizing comments and general condescending attitude ;)

Glad to see you back at it Dick head
Lol im not from here originally so IDGAF.... from Texas originally :) However, I do love the catalina foothills, the wife and I live not quite in them, but near enough so we don't have to pay 5x what a property is worth lol..... it sucks the summer months, but the rest of the year love it. One of these days, I will hack JBRY and track him down. Once I locate him, I will follow him to the gym, and repeatedly fok with him during his sets YUH!

still feel pumped, think I got food poisoning yesterday or something. got sick to my stomach, cold sweats, an a brutal head ache. had to cancel the last 2 hours of sessions at work an go home.

didn't even eat dinner, wife had made ribs an homemade tater salad, passed out on the couch. think it was the warm oj I drank that was sitting in my car. tasted fine but who knows.

still feel pumped, but weight is going up an down.

hit chest this morning, but didn't feel the energy like last week (probably d/t w/e I had yesterday.)

incline d/b press, 5 sets of 15-20 reps. didn't go over 50lbs.

flat rev grip bench, 5 sets of 10, didn't go over 155.

dip machine, 3 sets of 10 at 180 plus w/e the arms n chit weigh.

then went and did some single arm cable presses, then single cable flys.

nothing special here, 3 sets of 10 each side, light weight.

had a good pump which I procedded to loose with 15min of hiit on the tread mill. 5,8,10,10,10 mph. sweating balls.

lower back still feels compressed an tight from Tuesday. going to pick up a weight belt an start using it on heavy lifts.

I use the Valero 4" velcro type. Best thing in the world dude. I messed my back up bad not too long ago with a few herniated lumbar discs, disc dessication, 10% loss of height and spinal stenosis being the diagnosis etc etc anyways with the velcro type you can get the ****er real nice and tight. Best thing that happened to me for squats and DL. I think it was 19.99 at sports authority.

I've got a 4" Velcro one also. Mine is by harbinger. No need for the big 6" ones unless you're maybe 6'-6 or more. I really like it a lot and it wasn't overly expensive either.

thanks, def been something I've been debating with myself for a few years. every time I go heavy on leg day, my back almost gives out by the end of the night training clients just from constantly racking an re racking weights.

Ya dude **** that. I get the idea of wanting a strong core so I kinda added a built in way to still maintain that strength. Heavy leg days when I want to work my legs, which is why i do squats and proper deads, you know the ones that actually work your legs ;) etc I wear my belt. I wear it Soooo tight lol. And then the next time I'll do high rep work etc and not wear the belt for the earlier sets.

Here's the thing, all kinds of people say don't wear belts etc etc. That's absurd, every elite athlete that I worked with while I interned, olympians, athletes etc wore a belt and used straps. Why? Because if they get injured guess what, they're not going to be getting too much training done lol. We're getting older, it's about longevity now too hahaha

Okay, got the belt from sports authority on Saturday.

Excited to use it.

N e ways, shoulders and arms today.

Okay workout. Shoulders well, more like rotator cuffs were on fire today. Not in a good way.

Scarecrow, in/ex rotation
Shoulder press db.
Lat raise
Bb preacher curls
Shrugs to get rid of burn in shoulders.
Cable curls arms up
Tri push down

Giant set
Overhead tri ext
To
Curls
To
Front raise

Strength is going up, but so is the intensity of the pump.
I'm getting too pumped.

Toooooo Pumped? ??? What does that mean? You taking taurine?

Toooooo Pumped? ??? What does that mean? You taking taurine?

It means I can't bend my arm to drink from my shaker.

When I hold my arms above my head, my fingers go numb cause everything is so tight.

It's swole up, when curling, my forearms feel like they are ripping from the bone.

I don't use taurine though.
I sip on intrabolic and it has some stuff in it. Probably taurine.

Ahhhhhhh yes, the painful pumps. You should probably stop working out bro you're gonna get too huge

Full squats
135x10, 225x5, 245x5, 265x1, 265x1

Whoo, that waxed me. Actually did two reps on first attempt at 265, but didn't go all the way down on the first one, so didn't count it. I was scared with no spot.

Trying to do my form different on Deadlifts, more up right as you would be for a power clean so I kept it at 135x10x4 glutes were on fire. Was happy with form, will go heavier next time.

Leg Press single leg, 3 plates each side, 5 reps, 3 sets.

No back pain at all, but big burn in my glutes.
Only had an hour, need to start doing legs on Thursdays, my day off so I can take my time.

Nice to go heavy on squats an have zero back pain.

Going to try an get some more videos up

Awesome workout man!

When I use the belt I feel way more stable in my back. It may be a mind thing though, just that extra reassurance that I have a little support, so I don't reinjure myself.

That's exactly how I was instructed to teach the dead lift. Most people, do them at that 45 - 30° position. After my internship I was doing them closer to a 75 - 85° position it's INSANE how much more difficult it is to hold that positioning through the movement.

Everyone always asks me why I DL on leg day lol. They tell me "that's a back movement bruh, you're doing it all wrong mang..." And then I have them try it.

Step up, bar over metatarsals or shoe laces, grab the bar with double over hand grip no alternate grip, SIT into position, shoulders over the bar continued through the hands, scapula contracted, chest out, head straight, remove all tension, pull, keep the bar in tight and maintain positioning. They soon realize why I do DL on leg day. It was funny to watch some of the guys at the station do it. They'd keep the same weight they were originally using and when they started to pull, would just pull themselves right back into their 40° position

Yea, it's different, I've tried before with the same weight as normal, and always ended up back in stiff leg position.

So decided, like when I went to full squats, to drop down low, and re start building from scratch.

Def get looks going from 265 full squat to 135 dead lifts. Lol, had to get past the ego though.

I know right?! The ego haha! Our ego is probably one of the biggest factors slowing progress or causing injuries.

Downed my Xyience, beta alanine and TMG. No Citrulline or Agmatine on leg. My turn! Later bro

Weight is still fluctuating, def leaner. Same problem, need to eat more, but appetite isn't there.

Ate half a filet if salmon and spinach last night, couldn't finish the other half. But woke up at 3am starving.
I need some tmg.

When you say full squats, do you literally touch your ass to the ground?
I go down well past parallel but I'm wondering what you consider a "full squat". Because that's what you always call them..

great leg pump today.

started with full back squat, 1 set of 10, 1x8, 1x3,1x2

hit 225lb for my full squat, felt pretty easy.

the video is my last set.

then,

leg curls, 3 sets of 15
leg extension, 3 sets of 15
Jefferson dead lifts, 3 sets of 10 each side, 20 total
calf raises standing, 2 sets of 15.

started to get a back pump on the last set of Jefferson dead lifts, glad I saved it till the end.

wish I had more time to workout, but had to get home eat, wash the dishes, before I go back again tonight to work. Going to be tough demonstrating squats.
See video

I'd say there is prob a fist from my butt cheeks to the ground.

I'll get a better vid of the 265 so peeps can see how low it is, an notice the pause to remove the stretch shortening cycle.

That's really low man no doubt! What benefits have you seen from squatting that low? My knees would give me hell...

I was squating 275 1/2 squats for 5 reps when I started getting pain in my hip flexors from imbalances.

So I would notice when demonstrating bw squats for clients, full range of motion fixed little hip imbalances seen with 1/2 squats.

So I dropped the weight down to 95lbs and began working on full squats with proper form and technique.

Recently I've started to go heavy and I've noticed new leg growth.

Good form, technique plus strong core are a must. Even with 265, I notice no strain on knees.

Plus, it looks bad Ass.

Lower body mobility is def huge.

If you've done 1/2 squats your whole time lifting, it's going to be tough or impossible to learn proper form for full squats. Imo

Interesting, and yes it does look badass!
I personally have never had issues with squatting the way I do and have always seen growth with little to no injures or pain. However if I do start to see imbalances or anything counterproductive ill definitely lay off the weight and try this out.

1 month in what are your new goals bro. Lets crush them

Well now that I keep going up, I'm just going to keep trying till I can't get up, lol

For (db)bench it's a goal to get the 100's as I've been stuck on 90's for a while. I think that has more to do with having a spot and getting the weight up for the first rep though.

Forced myself to eat more tonight. Feels like every time I eat I get sleepy as fuq.

You are crushing it JBry!

Back was yesterday, did body weight pull ups first time in like 2 months, and went heavier on everything.

Not doing db rows heavy really takes its toll. 90's for 8 reps was hard.

Back and some parts of chest were sore.

Started chest today, but felt self conscious about the swoleosis of my right nip, shirt was too tight.
Could see my core muscles, which was cool, could also see the lump, which was distracting
Ordered letro, and will be using the rest of the current bottle I have.
Adex has it under control, but isn't getting rid of it.

Have a trip to Florida planned on 4th of July week.
Tired of flare ups, think I'm going to get it fully removed after this cycle.

Shoulders and arms today.

Rev grip military press

Db shoulder press

Concentration curls
Rev grip bb curl

Lat raise
Hammer curls

Tri cable extension
Front raise

Bb curls
In/ext rotation

Cable rev single arm fly

Cable preacher curls
Dip machine

Three sets of everything, super sets for most.

Rep ranges from 5 to 20 depending on lift.
I'm tired. Full schedule of training today. Need some bronkaid.

Fckn letro is making the lump go down but straight killing my gains an joints.

Thinking of starting a new routine.

Not sure if it's the right time or not though was thinking of doing a modified version of tnation built for bad circuit training.
5,4,3,2,1 rep scheme.

Back day yesterday so I can spend quality time on my legs on Thursday. (off that day n)

Hey man if you have to switch routines to stay healthy in the gym functionally that's what has to happen. We know you know your hormones so if a new routine does stimulate new growth I have faith that you'll be able to differentiate between the new routine or how the hormone is treating you. If you can't stay healthy or get through workouts you're no good to me hahaha ;)

I've just been on this routine for about a year now.

And am getting bored. Looking for something more structured.

Think I'll try it out and hog up the power rack for a good 45 minutes.

Letro.is a m@therf×ck=r

I remeber using it last year i could barely get out of bed.

Nice results . Strength and pump still climbing ? You feel like it's comparable to epi ?

We'll find out today with legs how strength is.

But pumps def still come with ease.

I think it's similar to Epi, but not as dry. Effects my nipples the same as Epi, an phera though.

He'll def be tan it's been 110 out here. THERE IS NO HIDING FROM THE SUN!
