Driving me crazy all day. we go to the gym and she's wearing yoga pants and does Goodmornings right in front of me while I was doing tbars and barbell rows. Every set she turned around and smiled after. She was Fukin with me for like 30minutes. I punished her afterwards to teach her not to mess up my sets

What? Never over 8 reps??? I basically never go under 8 reps. Last time I tried high rep flat bench I did 225 27 times, but I never flat bench because I'm always lifting alone, was lifting with a friend that day. I typically do a 12, 8, 8 split tho. 12 reps with a weight I can do 15 for, 8 reps with weight I can do 10 for then 8 reps for something I can do 6-7 with, but push myself to go harder and get those fckn 8 repsWhole differnt type of training. Gonna give it a try .....sooon..... Maybe tomorrow for bench lol. My cardio blows I have never gone more then 8 reps on the big three.

It sounded weird to me at first, but the guy that trained me using this style was 6'2" 285, mid single digit bodyfat, and I've been using this structure a lot over the last 6 years or so. Plus when you're training, if you're doing things right you should be making something known as gains, so a weight you did 7 reps for last week you could possibly get 8 for this time, or in my case I constantly change my workouts so it's likely an exercise I haven't started with for two weeks.This is, of course, not actually possible, but I commend the balls-to-the-wall attitude :hammer:

Hyde I wanna try an (-)-epicatechin product, I'll prob order some follidrone to try first. Maybe I'll just start grinding up spinach and capping it and just take those babies all day long haha
yeah man, ara made a lot of my joint issues worse, i cant be making gains if it hurts to lift all the time now can I? haha, the myosynergy looks good also, im gonna go with follidrone, i wanna take 200-250mg (-)-epi per day. ill keep you guys updated on my progress when i start itOnly way I roll lol. I don't even eat brahMyosynergy is getting really good reviews too, & has a few more goodies too. Get 2 bottles of that or follidrone & lmk how it goes. Very intriguing for use after my next cycle. So I have this rep thing a shot yesterday for bench. Figured out my endurance blows. My max bench is 350 but for reps I was having trouble getting 185 for 20. But in total I did about 100 some reps for flat. Dident go above 185. New goal is 225 for 20
Increase that time under tension. Doesn't matter the weight but hit as many reps you can real slow for 49-60 seconds. Do 4-5 sets like that. I use a weight I can hit for 15. This will build serious endurance and hyper trophy
