Driving me crazy all day. we go to the gym and she's wearing yoga pants and does Goodmornings right in front of me while I was doing tbars and barbell rows. Every set she turned around and smiled after. She was Fukin with me for like 30minutes. I punished her afterwards to teach her not to mess up my sets

So just pinned 50mg tren suspension... I'm literally losing my ****. If I don't lift or fuk something soon I am gunna start chewing on my steering wheel driving to the gym
 
Damn dave, keepin it spicey in here. I did a 40 rep set with an Oly stance, atg backsquat about a month back @ 135. Thought I was gonna puke for about half an hour after. I was trying for 50 without racking it (however long it takes) but I nearly passed out on the 40th rep so I hung it up for the day. 225 @ 40 aint happenin' any time soon lol
 
Whole differnt type of training. Gonna give it a try .....sooon..... Maybe tomorrow for bench lol. My cardio blows I have never gone more then 8 reps on the big three.

What? Never over 8 reps??? I basically never go under 8 reps. Last time I tried high rep flat bench I did 225 27 times, but I never flat bench because I'm always lifting alone, was lifting with a friend that day. I typically do a 12, 8, 8 split tho. 12 reps with a weight I can do 15 for, 8 reps with weight I can do 10 for then 8 reps for something I can do 6-7 with, but push myself to go harder and get those fckn 8 reps

This is, of course, not actually possible, but I commend the balls-to-the-wall attitude :hammer:

I can relate. It was really bad for me whenever I was first applying max-effort style principles to training but hadn't started looking at the big picture - almost all of the successful power programs out there still have days where high volume is a key factor in the training stimulus. Not bodybuilder volume, but more likely to be over 100 reps for some body parts vs under.

2 to the local unsanctioned show and 3 weeks to the actual NPC show. I'm not peaking for the local show just manipulating water, no carb loading and drying.

It sounded weird to me at first, but the guy that trained me using this style was 6'2" 285, mid single digit bodyfat, and I've been using this structure a lot over the last 6 years or so. Plus when you're training, if you're doing things right you should be making something known as gains, so a weight you did 7 reps for last week you could possibly get 8 for this time, or in my case I constantly change my workouts so it's likely an exercise I haven't started with for two weeks.

I was just saying that you can't exceed 100% of your current ability. You're saying that if progress has been made you can lift in excess of previous maximum ability. Which is definitely true if you're makin' dem gainz!

Hyde I wanna try an (-)-epicatechin product, I'll prob order some follidrone to try first. Maybe I'll just start grinding up spinach and capping it and just take those babies all day long haha

Myosynergy is getting really good reviews too, & has a few more goodies too. Get 2 bottles of that or follidrone & lmk how it goes. Very intriguing for use after my next cycle. ArA is tough on my knees.

yeah man, ara made a lot of my joint issues worse, i cant be making gains if it hurts to lift all the time now can I? haha, the myosynergy looks good also, im gonna go with follidrone, i wanna take 200-250mg (-)-epi per day. ill keep you guys updated on my progress when i start it

I've been traveling all week and forgot to comment on this, u sick fck. best legs pick you've posted up yet dave, they just keep getting fuller and dryer and more vascular. I'm lovin it, keep killin it bro! fckn motivated!

For sure gonna order a few bottles for my bulk in August. I'm just gonna run it for 8+ weeks most likely and test the results from there.

Then I said, "well good luck man, you'll do great!" And that's all there was to it. I was kinda disappointed that it didn't get more exciting too but...guess it is what it is.

Wow it just so happens I have those exact same dreams! Now that's weird.... Actually not weird just normal lol.
 
So I have this rep thing a shot yesterday for bench. Figured out my endurance blows. My max bench is 350 but for reps I was having trouble getting 185 for 20. But in total I did about 100 some reps for flat. Dident go above 185. New goal is 225 for 20

Increase that time under tension. Doesn't matter the weight but hit as many reps you can real slow for 49-60 seconds. Do 4-5 sets like that. I use a weight I can hit for 15. This will build serious endurance and hyper trophy

Kinda like the mi40 principals with the 4 second negatives, 40. Second standard sets and well into 60 on the drops. Keeps me sore for a few days.
 
In the hospital with my mom, she may have a blood clot in her lung. All this on top of a 80+ hour work week, being sick and losing 10 lbs.

I say this not for anyone's pity, but to remind everyone to tell the people close to them that they love them, and no matter how hard sh!t gets the sun will come up tomorrow....

Ahh yes! Absolutely love doing sets like this. Either squeezing at he top and a long negative or just a long negative or hell even a slower rep timing.

No blood clot which is good news, but they still don't know what's wrong with her....

She's a bad b!tch so she will get through whatever it is I'm sure. No softness has ever been allowed in our family....
