Epic Cutting Stack

Euphoric feeling this morning after application, very interesting.

I feel a look a little leaner. Have to get some pics, but I had to drive from Nashville to Memphis last night as my grandmother isn't doing well right now.

I'll wait until I'm back home to possible reduce calories a bit more. I feel like while running XI-KT with two HICA containing products (Alphamine and BodyForge 2.0) that I may be able to get away with a larger deficit and still avoid muscle loss.

Using Forskolin at all? How much HICA were you looking to get in total?

I'm using Combustion, which has Forskolin in it. Also using Alphamine, which has HICA (not sure how much) and BodyForge 2.0 which has 2 g of HICA in 4 scoops (which is what I use).
 
Everything I've read thus far points to OTC test boosters being fine for PCT. My PCT will most likely include DAA, LGI Rehab and Supremacy 2.0. I'll probably run DCP 2.0 as well.
I think that comes down to the compound your running and dose. Though 11-keto from what I've read is pretty mild and one supposedly has to triple dose it or something similar for it to require PCT. Don't quote me on this, I'm just regurgitating chit I've read in regards to 11-keto and in capsule form no less.

Yep, same here. Recommended dosage is 1mL, so only doing 50% over.

I've heard people going up to 2 mL with no ill effects.

Yeah, it's supposed to be a very mild PH thus people whom I've seen posting on making serious gains off it have been using pretty darn large doses relative to the dosing recommendations on the label. Totally in to see your experience as well as booneman's throughout your entire run :D

The stuff I've been seeing says mostly 3ml+ is were it seems to need a full pct. 1-1.5ml should be fine if that's the case. I'm sure it depends on the person as well. Lower doses seem better for just body comp effects and some muscle sparing while higher doses are much more anabolic/androgenic. Again, same as kd this is all just from reading so we will see.
 
Woke up this morn and weighed 179.8 before taking me morning dump... Seems like I'm starting to drop weight a little faster so I may not tweak the diet. Well see if things bounce back up tomorrow and decide.

I don't think it'd be too good for a cut as it looks fairly brutal and I don't want to increase my calories just yet. Looks like a fun plan though for later in the summer/fall. Anyone have experience with it that can chime in?

Last Thursday I was 224.4 :eek:

10 mintues total
4 intervals of 30 second all-out sprint with 2 minutes rest. Heart rate got up around 185 on sprints, after rest was down to ~135.

Intra workout I had 1 scoop of Xtend Endurance, and pre-cardio I had 1 scoop of regular Xtend.

I took one Combustion cap right before my Big but Boring bench reps.

Applied 1.5mL XI-KT right after a hot shower.

I've even been skipping my normal pwo shower in the evening and just waiting til the nex morn ha. Dont tell the gf how filthy my bed is gonna be.
 
Weight jumped back up this morning to about 183.4lb so I've made the decision to switch back to the old school bb style diet going forward as I know this works best for me. 8 weeks left to finalize the vacation body ha. Gonna go low carb today and load up on some fats and then jump into the bb diet starting tomorrow.

That's what I'm guessing. The higher sodium and lower water intake is probably making me hold onto more water temporarily.

I'm doing the same way. I lift and do cardio, then take a hot shower and apply after I am dry. It seems to dry quickly, but it is hard to tell, really.
 
Water weight still staying with me today. Today's main lift was Deadlifts followed by high rep Squats. I accidentally used a heavier bar (a 55 lber), and was wondering why everything felt so heavy. I didn't realize it until the end! Top set was supposed to be 310 for 5+ reps, so I actually pulled 320 for the number of reps (6).

The XI-KT is still giving me a euphoric feeling right after application. Vascularity seems to be improving. Weight still up, but feel a bit leaner. Strength is pretty good. Considering dropping calories down to 2,800 to hasten the cut. Hopefully the XI-KT will help to minimize any muscle loss.
 
What does this BB diet consist of boone?

eat every 2-3hrs. all meals before 3pm are 1 palm of protein, 1 fist of veggies, 1 fist of carbs. No carbs after 3pm. All carbs are slow digesting (whole wheat pasta or bread, sweet potato, oats, etc.). All meats or proteins are low fat/lean. A standard day would look like this:
5am - fasted cardio
6:30a 5whites, 3/4c oats, 1c spinach
9:15a 3/4c oats, 1sc protein, salad w/salsa
12p 8oz chicken, med sweet potato, salad w/salsa
2:45p Workout
5p 8oz chicken, salad w/salsa
7p 8oz chicken, salad w/salsa
9p Casein shake

Weekends are naturally are lighter in both carbs and cals due to usually sleeping in later (I would just skip whatever meals I sleep/train past). I also train fasted on weekends so my pwo meal will always contain carbs here. Something like this:

It's pretty much the standard old school bodybuilder diet. I've done it with great results just using palms and fists as measures so no calorie counting. It can be really simple that way

Sometimes Portion control is much easier for an individual than calculating and flexible dieting and less meals. Find what works.

Not the best pics. Weight was ~ 225 this morning, but my weigh-in is on Thursday.

Looking back I can see a difference. Too bad my loose skin seems to obscure a lot of muscle :(

Dolce diet
Some misc john berardi stuff

Throw any suggestions my way. I'll read about any diet style and am always interested in new training plans.

I've been reading about Apex Predator lately, and it is interesting to say the least. I've been considering switching to a training style like his, but that diet seems hard to stick to. Although, I don't seem as foggy with higher fat and protein. Have you read Beyond 5/3/1?
 
Weight was 225.4 this morning, which is really weird. I may drop calories down to ~2,800 to see what happens. I think I look a bit more lean, and my veins seems to be popping a bit more.

I also seem to feel the strength kicking in a bit from the XI-KT. Here was my lifting routine today. I decided to go a bit heavier and lower rep on some accessories, just to see how it felt. No cardio today, my legs were still a bit smashed from Tuesday.

Pre-workout was 2 scoops of BodyForge 2.0, 4 caps X-Factor Advanced, 2 scoops of Dr. Jekyll. Gulped down 1 scoop of Xtend right after Bench.

Post-workout I dosed 1 cap of Combustion and applied 1.5mL of XI-KT after my shower.

I haven't read all of the apex stuff yet. Just started looking at it yesterday and it sea interesting. Some of the comments about drinking whole doing it were pretty funny too.

As booneman mentioned, libido is raging right now on XI-KT. Close to finishing out my XFA run, probably only two or three workouts left at 4 caps pre-workout.

ErgoBlast was surprisingly pretty decent for me during Squats. Not sure why the three forms of Tyrosine. Made sure not to dose anything with Y in it because of that. Some decent focus and good energy. I dropped my calories yesterday to ~2,800 per day, via lowering my carbs. I'm going to see what this does with XI-KT beginning to kick in.

Haha i'm in the excessive stim boat as well... after vacation in july im planning a nice long break. I did that in the winter and man does it make a huge difference.

I did the same thing with my squat form about 6mo ago. I was basically 2/3rd repping 225 for like 5-6 until I decided to focus on my form, go lower, and relearn. initially I dropped the weight down like 50lb and built back up in just a few weeks. Now I'm squatting 255 well below parallel and with better back form for 5-6 reps. It takes an ego hit to do that but I'm now a firm believer in form over weight after seeing that becasue form=weight in the long run.

When you get down to 2000kcal we can talk ;) Whats a standard day look like for your diet as far as macros and timing?

I don't really time it out or anything, but I'm getting ~200g Protein per day, ~120g Fat and ~230g CHO. I just try to keep the Carbs a bit lower, no sugar, just mainly starchy carbs and veggies for carb sources.

That's awesome when weight stays but fat goes... no better feeling. How do you like 5/3/1 so far and have you run it before or is this the first?
 
Kept diet 100% on point over the weekend. Packed my own meals for memorial day and everything ha. I'm def leaning out a bit more and my abs are starting to show through. A few people I hadn't seen in a few weeks commented that I looked skinnier which is good (although makes me feel like I'm losing muscle as the word "small" was tossed around ha). Gonna keep everything as is for the near future and see how everything goes. I'll prob try bumping kcals up again leading into vacation so that I don't get such a huge shock to the system and gain 43028570485lbs that week.

Thanks! I've been running it off and on since I moved on from Stronglifts 5 X 5. I love it, especially when doing the BBB sets over 50% of the training max :)
 
Off day yesterday with just some morning cardio. Weight jumped up a bit this morning which surprised me. Must not have drank enough water yesterday. Planning to have a nice refeed this weekend to boost everything for the last 5-6 weeks again. Might even throw in some keto for a stretch in there and see how that treats me.

I'm having a similar effect, weight going up or staying the same. Dropped calories last Thursday as well. Maybe it's glycogen?

I drink over a gallon of water per day without fail. I don't feel heavier, either. However, my muscle do look and feel a bit more full and I feel leaner in the midsection. I'm curious about what happens after week three, when it is supposed to really kick in!

Well I know mine isn't glycogen because I've been low carb the last few days... I'm usually around 1.5-2gal/day but was running around a lot yesterday so didn't nearly drink that. Maybe 1gal or so. Frankly I think I just need to take a big dump and that'll be it ha.

I'm still doing 1ml. Not noticing too much thus far so I'm really hoping to see some changes coming up here soon.

I'm staying ~250g of Carbs so far pretty consistently. I'm also hitting some rep PRs and feeling a bit stronger, which is pretty cool on a cut :)

After this week (next Thursday), I may drop another 100 calories per day to see what happens. All I know is that I'm seeing new veins and more prominence of existing veins, sleeping well and libido is still high.

Just got back from the gym and wow was my strength up. I was totally beat when I got there so I decided ahead of time to lower the volume but I crushed every weight I had been struggling with the last few weeks. Has to be the 11-kt cuz my cals and carbs are both much lower the last few days.

My strength was about the same on Bench today, maybe a little less. It's always been my weakest lift, though.
 
Official weekly weigh-in was today, and a bit confusing, LOL.

My dailly average calories last week were 2,839.57, which was a drop from the previous week. Previous week's daily average was 3,041.14.

Weight was 226.0 right after waking and urination. Wasn't possible to get a post BM weight this morning :( This was up .6 pounds from last week.

The BF% machine at the gym registered 17.6% this morning, which is down from last week's reading of 19.4%. I also realize that the bicep sensor is horribly inaccurate (+/-3 %) as well, it is mostly for trend purposes.

Barbell Flat Bench

45 X 10
80 X 5
95 X 5
115 X 3
135 X 3
155 X 3
175 X 4

3+ week, so 4 was good as far as that goes. I wanted 5 really badly, but only made it about 3/4 of the way up before the spotter had to take it. Just couldn't bust past that mark, even though the spotter let me push really hard before he stepped in :) Great spotter!
