Nice lifts the last three days bro. I can't imagine if have much left for squats either after those other lifts. We don't have a great aquarium here. I did get to see a nice one in Chicago though. What kinda stuff do they have at ripleys aquarium? We have a Ripleys nearby in St Augustine, but I've never been. Probably due...

It actually has nothing 'ripley's believe it or not' in it.. Kind of broken into sections. Great Lakes fish, Atlantic, Pacific, then gets into the Reef's (this particular tank is massive, and has a moving walkway plus you end up above it and can see the sharks dorsal fins break water etc. Nothing I'd wanna see while in the water thats for damn sure lol. Then they had a whole section on jellyfish, rays, sharks ... educational area for kids and adults alike. Was good.

There was one fish called a Goliath Grouper.. it was like a truck with fins... huge!

Yes I think I probably will take a day before hitting back. Looked at this weeks Meadows workout and it has 2 deadlift variations ... so I better rest up for that lol

But, my daughter just found out that tomorrows school rugby game has been cancelled so I will see how I feel after work.

I thought I had read that on the tank but then wasnt sure. But from the lake for example really mature/large fish are usually pretty contaminated arent they? I know you'd know - being a fisherman and all. How did you make out on the lake this evening?

Whats your current Pre-workout combo?

I've been using the MAX PUMP and it's the strongest Nitrate product I've used yet imo. Been dosing 4 caps pre-workout, than 2 caps right before I start my workout lol

@JD... currently a little something I 'borrowed' from Snags a while back:

1 scoop IGNITE 2
1/2-3/4 scoop of Stimul8
Scoop of BCAA + SAA

- taking a break from Max Pump at the moment, but typically I uncap and dump right into my pre (4 - 6 caps ) and 4 caps at bedtime on non workout days.
