Douchebags at the gym...

My dentists a dbag went in for oral surgery appointment at 9:30 didn't get seen till 10:30 but I'm glad that's over with had 3 molars and a wisdom tooth pulled gotta figure out what I can eat though since I just found out I have severe type 1 diabetes and most mushy easy to eat **** is processed carbs. **** my life is a dbag but hey it can't get any worse

Yeah got me some percocets.wish they could prescribe more than 30 at a time though gonna be calling on Monday like can I get get a refill

No one has ever complained about me doing a set at the rack. It's not like I'm standing there for more than 30 sec and as said, it's at the heavy end.

Nobody has ever complained about me either. I don't talk to anyone or look at anyone. I get my sh*t done and leave. Some douche did come lift right next to me the other day, and I couldn't get the weights I wanted. Grrrrr..
 
someone I grew up with who I have on IG is always posting up shirtless pics with a caption of "proper nutrition, I only lift 45 mins per week"...I don't have the heart to tell him he looks like **** lol

I stumbled across this mobile app n took a chance, lol....
I'm very glad I did, but with my goals, training n 60hrs work weeks, I don't want any other distractions...
I'm in it to win it!!!!

Honestly I have absolutely no desire...
I know what I have to do n I'm doing it!

I think that the ppl on here r very nice, funny, strong n full of good knowledge and that's all I can fit into my life...

same here. I made one a month or two ago and only post up fitness pics, n follow a bunch of bodybuilding and powerlifting pro's
 
In other news, today I'm 2 weeks into a total bro 10 week cut and I've never felt better. Once I "sucked it up" and focused on prepping it's all been great. Actually look forward to the meals lol

Gonna start an 8 week run of OG alphamine tomorrow as well, never touched any fat burner before so we'll see...

Forget about advice you can just use it to look at pics of stuff you like! I follow a lot of fashion blogs and guys to get tips on my clothes and hair!

IG shirtless pictures run wild. I can't go on there because so many skinny kids posting shirtless pictures, cool you have abs at 120lbs but you're 120lbs.... Guess that's what the ladies like now :,(

Not to mention the girls that comment "you're huge, big "etc I want to comment and say lol but then I'd feel bad .

There's this one kid in the town over from me who posts videos of him injecting test on ig -___- this guy is so ****ing tiny and posts shirtless pics on IG caption "dis gon be a swole summer " . I gotta lay off the internet for a few... Forever.

I stopped posting fitness stuff long ago. I just post selfies and food I eat. Like good food not "healthy" stuff.

Darling I sport Gucci n other fabulous stuff when I go out, why would I wanna waist time looking at those kind of pics, ha ha.... I don't even shop on line.. I fly out to Vancouver , where I lived for 15 years , and I go hard, lol.....
I rather c the pics of ppl on here making progress, only cause I was a butter ball my self once ....
Anyways I'm done with this subject.....

Thank god. I've come to the conclusion there is a select number of girls I can never obtain because they don't like muscular men. Aka some hot ass emo girls..
