REALLY interested in cycling my first PH.

I'll begin by stating that I'm aware of the potential sides and serious commitment it takes to even make using a PH worthwhile. I've done a bit of reading on these forums and others and have a good bit of anecdotal info.

What I really want is pointers and suggestions. What do you wish someone would have told you about dosing, cycling, pct, etc., that you know now? Also what stacks do you suggest for a beginner.

Best heart-health supplement to pre-load?

Best beginners' dose of epi over a 6 week period?

I've also read that I should drop all other supplements, only excluding protein before starting. Is this true?

What all do I need to look for in my PCT?

Excuse the newbness. Thanks, guys.

Use Cycle Assist by CEL for on cycle support.

Epi 30mg/6 weeks is a great dose (I have done many cycles and still dose 30mg)

You don't have to drop other supplements.

Research PCT then ask questions.

Alright, I don't expect my first plan to be right, but I think its pretty close to a smart run.

PRE-CYCLE
Week 1 & 2:
Hawthorn Berry Extract
Milk Thistle Extract

CYCLE
Week 1, 2, 3, 4:
Epi 45mg
Cycle Armor

Week 5 & 6:
Epi 30mg
Cycle Armor

PCT
Week 1 & 2: Nolva 40mg, mono 5g
Week 3 & 4: Nolva 20mg, mono 5g

STAPLES
Animal Flex, mostly because I'm accustomed to it,
Flax seed oil,
Fish oil,
Multi.

Let me have it.

No.. Don't do that.

Epi 30/30/30/40/40/40 (doses depend on sides, gains, etc)

Cycle assist 4 caps 2x a day

Nolva 20/20/10/10

Daa 3g e/d

Don't need to taper down.

Epi 30/30/30/40/40/40 (doses depend on sides, gains, etc)

Just going by on what I saw a few other cycles that had been done on other forums. Doesn't surprise me at all that its wrong because their gains were rather natty-esque . What would you guys say is the best alt. to Nolva as far as something I could get online

Probably nolva because that is something you can get online

Cycle Armor is a terrible support product- go with Cycle Assist by CEL
Dose the EPI at 30-40 mgs for 4-6 weeks followed by Nolva at20/20/20/20 with something lke SNS DAA or PCT Assist. If you want a good deal on Ce=reatine mono u can get a 1.2kg tub from NP for $15...that enough to last a year

How old are you? How long have you been lifting seriously?

Can't believe no one thought to ask that first.

Well if you read his opening sentence he says he knows the potential sides. What that means is hes going to run the cycle regardless..

Yeah I'm aware. I'd still hate to see some 18 year old who's been lifting for less than a year start PHs and blow the great effects it can have later in your career. But to each their own I guess. I did my first cycle at 24 and was pretty stupid about it, so no judgements.

Thanks for the concern. Probably no shocker that I'm young, 21 to be exact. The thing is, I was in an accident that effectively brought my T to almost zero. I've been lifting for about 4 years, but REALLY seriously the past two. I've come from 125 to 160 pounds in three years, not all lean, either. Now my weight just bobbles up and down at 160. I feel I'm not making any progress, so I feel out of options.

How were you stupid about it just curious??

No need to preload, and run nolva 20/20/10/10. Anything over is not utilized by the body. Only do this if your chemical/peptide source is 100% gtg, if any doubts then run the higher dose to make up for lack of purity.

Also how tall are you? Just trying to gauge out your size of 160lbs on your frame. 21 is fine.

Didn't research, just jumped on a quadstack Testplex 450 because my buddy told me about it. Used an OTC PCT and pretty much lost most of my gains. Diet wasn't near as serious as it should've been. Used Testplex again my 2nd cycle with proper everything and had insane results and have kept my gains using Nolva. You live and learn!

Like I said, not all lean, but I'm pleased for the most part of how I hold my weight.

If my post count was higher, I could show you. I'd also show you when I first started lifting when I was 125lbs, sitting beside a 110lb dog. That picture is what really made me want to start gaining weight to begin with.

Exactly why I wanted to get some feedback. I'd rather someone tell me that my plans are stupid and save my ass than to just be like "nah bro just go ahead". And since we're on the topic of diet, I've also seen a lot of logs where people LOWER their protein intake on PH. Can someone break that down for me?

Last question as well, Epi is mild enough to skip arimidex, right?

Glad you're being smarter about it. 21 is a little young, but it's not that bad. Given your circumstances I think it's justified if you REALLY REALLY are set on doing it. But I still think you have time to make some natural gains. What is your reasoning for wanting to do it anyway besides breaking through your plateau at 160?

What is your diet like currently? Do you have a naturally fast metabolism?

What kind of accident?

Metabolism is ridiculous. 3.5k cal. 200g+ pro. carbs and fats vary but are always in check.
Reasoning doesn't go much further than feeling like a little bitch. I'll always see myself as that 125lb kid.

Friends and I used to rough-house a lot. When I was 12 we got a little out of hand and I ended up getting testicular torsion, and had to get one removed. Doctor said my test levels would be "within normal range" and that the one would just start working harder to make up for the loss.

Turns out "within normal range" means anything you want it to. At 18 I decided to get bloodwork done and came up to something like 415 total. Don't remember the exact number but I know it was well under what I thought was "normal range".

415 is normal.

Personally I think you should optimize your diet/training before cycling. I don't think you're anywhere near your genetic potential.

With 415 being "normal", I suppose I'd be a freak if I still had both T-factories in business. :P

Probably would be about the same. Single orchictony doesn't make much difference in t levels.

I guess this shows how much I really know on the topic. I'm guessing the general consensus advises I give it a few more years and try other methods first. Training is on POINT but I'll work on my meal plans a little more and see what what I can do in the next 6 months before I start Epi. Sound logical?

I'd argue if you're 5'9" and 160 and aren't making gains at 21 your training isn't on point.

I'm a far more experienced lifter and can still make natty gains (albeit slow) and am nowhere near optimizing my training. You're certainly not doing it at 21.

Perfect. And what is the state of your current diet?

If you really want pointer from personal exp. Id say dont bother with PH's.
I have ran two cycles in the past , over 2 yrs ago. And think they are worth it.
A great diet plan and intense gym sessions will do wonders.
Depending on ur current situation. A propper diet might seem as if ur on cycle.
If you think you have done it all and hit an unbreakable plateau. Try it.

Like I said its pretty good. I just get a little screwy with the carbs sometimes. I get tired as hell if I get too little or too much, and find it hard to work around it.
