Most of the lifts had technical errors, as you can see I got a red light on every lift they passed, but hey all I need is 2/3.
You has inspired me to SSB and Prowl today. Granted we only have SSB and Yoke bar, not the yoke with handles.

You can try something similar with a barbell or dumbbells supporting yourself on an incline bench.
