I'll be running 40mg e/d.

Stay tuned for more. Will take first dose today. Already hit chest this morning.

Also got a sample of conquer.
 
No, they wanted a solo run. They sent an extra bottle that way if lethargy gets bad, I can just up the dose.
Did pick up some tudca
 
Current goal of mine to hit 225 full squat.
Ass 2 grass literally.

Got 205 for 3x3 on Tuesday.

So hopefully this can push me past my goal.

That's What I'm thinkin.

Noticed bp spike headache yesterday, so there is def some steroids in those caps.

Be using the conquer here in a few min for a light back work out.
Hurt one of the muscles that adducts my shoulder. Thinking it's teres major or minor. We'll see how it goes.

Nice place to start JBry! You are within striking distance of both abs and very noticeable LBM gains. I will be watching to see what nice things I can expect. :)

Then squat track opened up.

Got 205 for 5,4,4 this time. Getting stronger.

Going to run at 60mg see how that treats me.
Took 30mg this morning, another 30 post w/o

Might be noticing lethargy. Tired as hell today.

Lethargy from that 60mg dose sucked. Drank pre workout last night and slept like garbage. Despite using growth factor xt.

Going back to 40.

I have focus xt, but haven't been using it pre workout.

Intrabolic intra workout drink. When I remember to use it.
 
Yeah 60 is beast mode I was surprised to see you go up so soon. Even better though, now we can see what 40 does for the whole cycle.
 
I never ran M1T but have heard the tales of the drudgery associated with it.
 
Why was he honking at you? People sure feel like they are impervious just because they are behind the wheel. It is almost like they are keyboard cowboys and think they are untouchable. So they tend to act like asses when it isn't warranted. You honk at me for some stupid sh1t like that you are basically telling me "Hey fug you, move dumb ass!!!

Catch me in a bad mood and there is a good chance you will not enjoy my response to that at all. Horns are for safety or pulling people at lights heads out of their asses or should I say phones... so they will go. Any use because you are angry assume my response will be as if you just told me FUG YOU!!!!

This is the same compound as Mithras, correct?

I just ran it half capped half liquid nano particles for a total of 50mg for 6 weeks, it was amazing. Didn't feel any lethargy though, just occasional bp headaches while lifting.

What's this stuff doses at per cap/per bottle?

Internal/external rotation 20 x 15, 15 x 15, 25 x 12

Incline d/b curls : 25x12, 20x12, 15x12

Arnold presses: 35x12, 30x12, 25x12

Standing b/b curls: 90x6, 70x8, 60x10

Reverse grip military press: 90x15,15,12

Reverse grip bb curls: 30x20x2, 40x15

Db lat raise: 15x10, 10x10x2

Reverse fly: 45x20x4

Cable tri extension: 60x15x3

Cable hammer curls: 25x20x3

Could of kept going, was by no means tired, time is an issue, an I was so pumped, I was a little worried about snapping a bicep.

Couldn't bend my arm enough to drink out of my shaker.
