Also, it's kinda tough to set a phone up each time to catch a posing session, then discuss it, make changes, and then set it up again to do it all over. A laptop or computer makes things a whole lot easier. ;)
 
Lol, no, but I am planning on flying down there in the next couple months to meet with one of my vendors, Promaxima.(Great fitness equipment!!!). I might be able to spend an extra day or two down there for sh1ts and giggles. ;)

I just got a rack and bench from them lol.

Monte, we will have to get together and work on your posing again soon. There are a few tweaks and physical cues that could help you with some of it. As far as the rib cage showing some in your side chest no problem with that at all. You are in good company...

Nice! Can't beat that cage for the price. I was rather surprised at the beefiness of the safety sabers on it. Damn things are a workout in their own to move. Lol.

Yeah, my buddy just closed his gym and he had all promaxima racks and benches so I knew what to expect with them. The price was solid, especially since I could pick it up myself.

I intend to get more stuff from them too, eventually.

For sure the sooner the better. My schedule changed so now I work Wednesday through Sunday 8am to four pm. Maybe a day on the weekend we can meet after I get off work.
 
Leg training

Front squats
Worked up to three working sets of eight to nine reps. Depth wasn't as low as I would like but it was pretty good.

Db sldl
Four sets of twelve. Really letting the hams stretch at the bottom. Slow and controlled.

Cybex Squat
Four sets of fifteen with last two sets forced reps after about twelve

Standing leg curls
Five sets of ten to twelve with twenty partial reps after the last set

Leg extension
FST7
 
Have been....actually I'm quite a bit darker then I was but those fluorescent lights don't do me any justice lol.

Lol. Well I've gotten a bit darker without a doubt. I've been using one of those stickers to judge how much I've tanned and its a substantial bit.

I'm never gonna be dark really but I'm not nearly as pale as I was. Here is different lighting.

Today was CRAZY! Insanely busy and short on time but I got a fast paced shoulder session in. Dunno how many sets but I did

Side laterals
Front raises
Hammer strength press
Incline front raises
Heavy side lateral partials
Shrugs
Bent over flys
Destroyer set

Most things were super sets and I had a massive pump. Surprising since I'm pretty flat. No rest to speak of on anything just lighter weights, great contractions/tut with high reps.

The aforementioned goodies start tomorrow.

Will freaking light your rear delts up.

Strap up and use heavy dumbbells for sixty reps making sure they don't touch. By the end of the reps you will barely be able to move them. Drop weight in half and do thirty reps same way. Drop weight in half do fifteen reps.

Spray tan is required to get on stage by some federations. Although covering tattoos up isn't really an issue anymore like it used to be. That being said my next one will definitely highlight the contours of my muscles. I plan to get another one it will goacross my upper back / trap area and will be worked into one on my shoulder going about halfway down my biceps / triceps.
