Now that is good news. I sort of expected the endurance aspect to slow or stop but I had the impression that a good deal of the weight gained is muscle tissue. Again I know its supposed to be impossible to gain 10lbs in a month and have it be muscle but this is because protein synthesis is hindered. All indications in studies indicate protein synthesis is altered heavily in the favor of anabolism. I guess well see as time goes on but this is a good indicator. I would think keeping food intake high enough to maintain the current weight will be a factor. Meaning even if you gained the mass with no caloric change after the follidrone you wont have the improved protein synthesis so youll need to re asses caloric intake for a guy who weighs 10lbs more.
