Ostarine PCT?

hey guys,

i will start my 6week epi / 8week trest cycle in about 2 weeks.
so far everything is set i will use mostly olympus labs products : EPI5TANE , TR3ST , SUP3R PCT , AR1M4CARE PRO , Formeron

Dosage:
epi first weeek 30, rest 45 mg
trest 6 weeks 50, 2 weeks 75mg
arimacare 2/3 caps ed
formeron 2 pumps ed

for pct i planned:
nolva 20/20/10/10
super pct (not sure bout dosage yet)
creatin
daa

now my question:
i have no real accessa to SERMs, i live in the EU and order my stuff from UK .
The last time i used "Adinovoc Pharma Tamifen from a RX site. not sure if it was good or not .

i read about using ostarine as pct and would want to know if i can use it @ 10mg until bottle is empty along with super pct - would osta replace nolva in that case?

People use Ostarine in PCT to help keep their gains, however, theoretically you'd have to run a longer PCT since Osta would continue to cause a very mild suppression.

I still question the legitimacy of internet Osta anyways. I know the guy that was the project manager for GTX Ostarine and he claimed that the vast majority of the stuff bought online is bunk or something else.

True Osta ran at 3mg/day gives gains similar to TRT doses without suppression.
 
i was thinkin about brawn o-bol or celtic labs ostabol. i thought they were legit companies.
i would use it for 4 weeks after 8 weeks epi/trest and afterwards a soft pct with nolva (low dose) and daa .

good or no bueno?
 
Run it concurrently with novla at low dose. 10 mg osta with 20/20/10/10 would be fine. It won't replace a serm.
 
one bottle of celtic provides 90caps @10mg osta. that lasts for atleast 12 weeks at 10mg.
i would go for osta 10/10/10/10/10 along nolva 20/20/10/10/10(5?) i think 5 weeks nolva is not that bad especially because trest will shut me down pretty bad.

I ran 10mg with nolva after a DMZ cycle. While on DMZ, libido was good, raging morning wood, etc. PCT started off well, I was still getting stronger, leaning out even more, and maintaining weight. Two weeks in I was totally limp, no mojo whatsoever. Quit the osta, and it took another two months of nolva + clomid, along with an embarrassing script of tadalifil to get back to normal.

Never again. I gave my bottles of osta away. I won't say don't do it, different people have different results. It sucked for me though.

Do you think IML ostra rx and Celtic Labs ostabol are legit? Thought Celtic had PA test? I know you can't be positive but have you tried any and what do you think?

A lot of people run it around 10mg for PCT. And you're right, one bottle can lost a few PCTs if used at 10mg.

Yes I do think that... haha. We do have all our compounds tested by Patrick Arnold. Can't think of anyone I'd rather have testing them.

Your gonna be way to "dry" running Epi, Arimacare and formeron arent you?
 
yeah i got one bottle of arimacare and didi not know that formeron contains 120 servings so i ended up having both and thought about taking them together in an appropriate dosage over 8 weeks. i thought that my plan above would be ok but im always new for some opinions
