Listen, I am all for open discussion and points brought to light by folks that are in the know, but it was just getting old to read constant negativity for anything being discussed. No big deal, just pointing it out.
As far as myostatin inhibition and FD, I myself do not know what I think about it either. What I do know is that I put on 5lbs and added reps to the top end of my squat, bb bench, clean, and incline which I had been working on for the last 3-4 months. Is that coincidence, placebo, or something else? I don't know, all I know is that I liked the product and it did was it was claiming. I just wrapped up a 30 day run ande we'll see how my progress lasts.
