Hell I used the equate version. Took 70g to equal the 30g psyllium I needed.. Was like 5-6 heaping tablespoons lol I'm going to do it again next month lol stuff was intense but I feel a hellauva lot better

Yeah i got gummies... My math was off. 8 would have given me 32g. I took 16. Now that that's worked it's way from my system I feel a bit better. Stomach is looking far more flat and less bloated.

My lifting partner made collars on them that slide right onto the bar, most handiest pair of chains I've seen. Love em. Probably will incorporate them the test of the prep, I loved em

The last 2 weeks I've actually started gaining weight I'm up 2 lbs.. But it's not fat, adding some nice size and Osta is kicking in.. Next week is my last week of PCT and coach is happy with the weight gain.. I have a feeling cheat meal is going away soon and so are the calories .

Everything's going well tho, time to turn up. Clay sent me a routine, and I've just been mad sore all week AND poppin/drinking bcaas like there something new lol

All I can get locally is caramel ranch Cesar and thousand island. Me and the woman are putting in a big order soon on their website.
 
Went to Memphis for the Beale St Music Festival this past wknd. Was 204.6 friday morning & 210.0 yesterday. Just started playing with carb-backloading - it actually really helps lower my hunger thru the day, as not a single carb hits the system til post-workout window. I was amazed. Already back to under 206 today.

I tried CBL, have me a reason to eat cheese Danishes everyday after working out (soon I found/read, keep fats low

Yea I'm on his forum, was on there last night for a good amount of time reading. I saw anything between 50-100 bilaterally (some going higher) if using ed before training. Then I saw upwards of 400mcg on off days. I'm going to go read more tonight

Holy cow. I put some smolder on my legs this morning for the hell of it. I'm hitting legs and have my knee sleeves on, feels like my skin is MELTING OFF. Holy hell it's hot!
