Forgot to text that I got a new phone last week. Ill hitcha up tonight.

Becoming increasingly drained


Need to up sodium.

Strength is there. Motivation is not.

At 2+ gallons of water a day. Need to hit the salt and potassium big time I feel it. Very very flat

Got all moved in last night so I'm doing better on that front.

Getting lean Very. At this rate 3 weeks I'll be shredded. But I'm going finagle some **** be ready in 2.

Overall really liking these products. I'm going to pick up a year for sure if the tongkat/boron is brundel ever picks a name

Got some needed rest

I also added more sodium to diet. Energy is back.

Trained chest this morning

Then went back tonight did shrugs deads and some arms. Not much. More triceps. Not really biceps maybe 4 sets lol

Strength is there. I'll have to look back at when I started bc I write in a book and I'll see my increases
 
Energy near nil today

Had a good leg workout though

Knees have been bothering me.

Today tomorrow Saturday will be lower calorie days. Like 26-2800.

Sunday-3000 then the week starts n gotta see how I look/feel

Energy back!

Strength is better on Incline barbell throat presses. It felt sexy to move weight for volume!

5 on 2 off. Seems like people develop a tolerance quickly.

I'm with you. First weekish was awesome for libido and mood, then it died. Stopped dosing for a week and got back on and still no increase in libido or mood.

For me I dont really feel the Boron. I just see strength increase and recomp over time. The tongkat Ive only used on single days. I know acutely It works as there is significant mood and libido enhancement. I think alot of the effect would be more noticeable in PCT or when test levels are low. Guys who tested it during PCT all loved it. PCT or in a stack with other things that lower test levels. Really this stuff is for guys who like tongkat. Its the best tongkat available plus the added boron.

I absolutely love it. I'm keeping my size like crazy. Leaning out like crazy on my diet.

Legit lost 4-5 lbs of pure fat. Because my bodyfat is down to 9 from like 11.5-12.

I actually just went online to purchase more

But it's all out!

****. I need this like I need food

Tomorrow is my last day and I'm so sad to see it end.

Strength is pretty good still too. And I was told I look bigger. Which I feel depleted as **** but a great compliment.

I highly highly recommend this product.

Recomp/bulk/ cut. Doesn't matter. Eat it. Enjoy it.

Nay sayers are starting to look really bad at this point. There are too many of us that are seeing and feeling legitimate gains unlike any other natural.

I know one thing for sure.......if there is ever a next time I say its gonna do this and this and this....

People will believe me ;)

I assure you I dont forget this.
THere were guys, including yourself who backed us even in light of pretty incredible claims.
Most are guys who have been around me long enough to know IM not gonna make up some nonsense to try to sell product.

I never understood this method....make a crap product and then make claims it works.
You might sell a few but not one person is gonna buy it twice. NOt a great business model.
