Legs today...kinda meadows ish but I definitely rotated wrong....
Seated leg curl (one leg at a time)
Three sets of twelve
Standing leg curl
Three sets of twelve
Leg press
Sets of ten with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 16 plates and a nickel.
Drop sets to failure dumping two plates per side per drop
Front squats (should have done these before leg press lol)
Worked up to 225 for 8, 7, 6, 6
Partial leg extension
FST7 with 110 constant tension throughout

If u decide not to use Melanotan 2, which is the only thing that would get u looking tanned, it's all good...
I have seen competitors as white as u.....

Started ECA this day. Caffeine sourced from PX White...yeah I'm crazy. Whatever. Gonna be 3 doses a day 2 with px white and one with stimul8 pre workout. 25mg Primatene and one baby asprin with each dose.
word of advice from someone who has been around the block a few times, primatene is a waste of time and money....get yourself some bronkaid!!!

Monte, not that I know anything about gear, (I don't) but mags is right, there's not much point to use melatonin when you can just get a spray tan, and you'll have to no matter what.
