A decent diet and a little exercise goes a long way.

You're good lol. Ate every bit of it. Carb meal was great and I quickly went into a coma afterwards lol.

I have put 2 cups in before but I always seem to hit the wall with a couple spoonfuls left and have to cave or finish it like 15 minutes later.

So I joined John Meadows site last night. Pretty neat. Lots of info on there and even has prep layouts for the athletes he coaches. Very cool stuff. Used the arm blaster workout he has on there today. Went like dis

Preacher curl machine
Six reps left arm six reps right arm then four reps left arm four reps right arm. Four count eccentric and HARD contraction.

Ss with

Rope push down
Arms tight to sides. Flaring elbows at the bottom with a one second hold on the contraction and a slow eccentric.

Five rounds

Hammer curls
Ten reps with right arm followed by four partial reps. Then the same on the left side.

Ss with

Overhead rope extension
Slow eccentric and stopping at 3/4 lockout to keep tension the entire set. Twelve reps per set

Ez bar 40
Six reps then ten seconds rest then six reps all the way to 36 reps then blasted four reps without stopping.

Ss with

Bent over rope extension
Set of ten then drop and set of twelve then drop and hammer out reps till failure.

I had an amazing pump. Couldn't see ANY separation in my tri's because they were blown up so much. Lolol like a big slab of meat back there.

Five sets of cable crunches

Ss with

Five sets of hanging leg raises

Vacuum pose training laying down. Blowing out air and taking very short breaths . Letting gravity pull my stomach in.

Cramped up on these so I called it quits after the third set.

Wife is in the clear.....lump in her neck from her thyroid removal is benign and her heart problem is a leaky valve. Not life threatening from what the Dr told us. Apparently it's rather common. If she leans over forward the fluid affects her heart and gives the palpitations. She has a beta blocker that she will need to take whenever that happens but other then that all good news.

I still haven't pulled the trigger on Meadows site, guess I really should. After all, I spent 10 bucks a month on all kinds of stuff I shouldn't lol.

Legs today...kinda meadows ish but I definitely rotated wrong....

Seated leg curl (one leg at a time)
Three sets of twelve

Standing leg curl
Three sets of twelve

Leg press
Sets of ten with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 16 plates and a nickel.

Drop sets to failure dumping two plates per side per drop

Front squats (should have done these before leg press lol)
Worked up to 225 for 8, 7, 6, 6

Partial leg extension
FST7 with 110 constant tension throughout
