Whichever. Nolva probably the best best just in case you get the emotional sides from clomid.

My understanding is yes, you do. However the taste might be unpleasant so you may want to chase it with some OJ or something.

both at a lower dose. say 35-50mg clomid and 20mg tamox ed for 4 weeks. better then one solo.
