Dude, you would be proud, had my first person call me a roid head today when I was at the Dr with the wife! Ha...and I have never used anything, dumb bîtch!!

About 30 minutes after my workout yeaterday
 
Well prejudging is done. There was 7 of us in Men's Open Heavyweight. Finals are this weekend and I will know how I do. My posing routine is to the song THE POT by Tool haha. I feel good for my first show. Some pretty serious dudes in my class. But I can honestly say I had the biggest legs lol

Yeah I'm honestly not a number 1 or overall with how stacked this show is but a top 5 is in my sights. Some of these vets came in heavy and shredded. But I'm hoping leg size and mid section conditioning can move me up. I'm still stoked

Couldn't get down to 198 without being too flat and depleted. After a rebound no was I would be that low again in June. We decided to stay in the weight class I will be in for the next 2-3years.

Haha I did the same. Then added another fst-7 set of leg presses and some leg extension partials til I couldn't walk.

I remember my coach coming to me after pre judging n telling me to get a suitcase for the trophies, lol... I was so depleted , I honestly didn't get it..... I cried on stage when they called my # last, for the win....

If anything it just stoked that fire bro. I'm gunna be harder, dryer and bigger for my next show. I am going on a rampage. Me and my coach learned so much and the feedback from these judges will be priceless BECAUSE they are judging my next show in June 6 weeks from now. So progress will be noted. I have spoken to a few posing coaches and have 2 sessions lined up before next show. 1 is a state NPC judge and the other is a very recognized coach and his wife is IFBB pro figure so they give great clinics.

What was the final verdict man? You looked fukin' good all through prep. Curious to know what the judges said need work as well.
 
FINAL VERDICT- looked like I missed placing by 1 place. The dudes who won were FUKIN huge lol. I was in Heavies and came in at 208 and 3 guys who placed in front of me were weighed in at 220-223 AFTER they cut lol. So I was most likely beat by size.

Then that's good news because you can always put on more size. If nothing else it's been a learning experience that can only make you better. You're a beast D-dubs...and when you have the same level experience as those guys, you'll be dominating!

I hate when photographers use too much forward lighting. Dave u look fantastic Man, compare any of these pics to a pic of u a year ago (feel free to post two comparable ones haha). Imagine where you will be a year from now. Everyone that was in ur class is sweating standing on stage next to you next year
