Dave's Newest bulk into cut for show. AAS, SLIN and GH

He likes to squat down with dildos under the arches of his feet while he blows a black clown.

That's my favorite actually. But these work too

Standing BB calf raises supersetted with seated raises. 15-20 reps. I switch my toe position each round. Usually. 4 sets total. Toes in, out, straight then in again.

Also remember on hamstring curls toe position can be used to develop calves also.

Haha I figured it would be something like that. Gotta learn all the secrets I can

Thanks Dave, gonna work these in next time I train

One thing I found a couple of years ago that I like is doing calves before my compounds with quads or hamstrings. Since your calves are so heavily involved in keeping you standing pre exhausting them then doing squats or deadlifts or what ever your able to work them almost like a second set. Try it, you'll see what I mean.

Very good. I used to do this in the early stages of my lifting. But as I evened out I found my squat weight kept going up and my workouts started to suffer. BUT a couple times a month on higher volume squat days I see great value in doing this but not heavy days just for safety sake while moving heavy weight.

Ever squat with a squat safety bar DD? Talk about a mf'n gamechanger. Way more back & core loading. It's like somebody decided they really wanted to do both squats & good mornings but were too busy so they welded up this bar from hell.

I thought the safety squat bar put less pressure on the back?!?!?

It is easier on the shoulders and tight pecs, but it is much harder
(when done correctly).

you're supposed to pull the handles down tight. This shifts the bar weight higher up your back.

It requires a much stronger upper back/ erectors/ core to stay upright in the correct squatting position.

Peak week coming up... Off day today so I was wet. Start drying tomorrow and carbing up this next week.

Out of control. Vascularity it's crazy. How sick is it going to be when you dry out?

It will be nuts man. The carbs along with sodium manipulation will tighten my skin and dry out my subcontaneous fat. After water depletion and fats are started I will look like a fukin Atlas haha. I wake up REALLY dry and veiny but by the end of the day I fill back out.

You look absolutely fantastic dude. You got this show on lock. Time to take home some gold!

New selfie to continue staying in this thread...

You know it. Saw this and reminded me of our conversation <img src="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=99714"/>

Dude I love that, and it couldn't be more true in my eyes. Also why I know I won't lose in life. I just can't. It's not in me to be out worked, it's just not.

Proud of ya big cat. Keep kicking ass.

Me neither man. I refuse to give anything short than my 110%. To prove my point I am about to smash 30min of cardio right now and then again at 1130 before I lift at 4 then cardio again. My body is beat the fuk down. I will kill myself trying to win.

I'm pretty stoked to go Men's Open at this show. Depending on how my weight class is we will see what I can pull off. I just need that top 5 to qualify for USAs or Top 2 for Nationals.

Next week with water, sodium and fat manipulation. Spray tan gives it that effect too
Blahahaha I didn't expect a response to that joke haha, looking amazing tho Dave, all the hard work and dedication is paying off brother. OVER 240...UNDER 10%!!!!!

Oh and props to hardwork with "proud of ya big cat" hahaha

I'm proud of anyone that busts their ass and improves not only themselves but people around them. As gheeeyyyyy as that sounds lol.

The world had a herd mentality and I applaud anyone that is trying to do what they can to not be a part of the herd.

agreed, and it doesn't gay haha

Not only the world but the fitness community is bad. All this Paleo, vegetarian, low carb, intermittent fasting, insanity, p90x and continuos fad bullsh*t blows my mind. I used to be confused how people don't see that a basic diet, basic lifts and cardio a few times a week has been building the best physiques the world has ever seen. I couldn't understand how people are using this other fad sh*t and I'm getting freaky results with basic crap. Then it hit me... THEY DONT WANT TO WORK HARD. The gyms are full of people looking for a short fix to their long term problem. That problem being their inability to commit to something, work hard to it and see it through. I refuse to be part of the "herd" or "normal" FUK NORMAL I WANT TO BE A FUKIN FREAK. I want the physique that looks unattainable

It's true man, all these fads are ridiculous, I've basically been doing the same stuff for 11 years, a few changes here and there, but it's all about devotion and putting in the time day after day. These people that haven't worked out regularly for years and expect to get in shape doing p90x insanity (for instance) for a couples months are complete chumps.

Time to ruffle some jimmies. :)

Vegan-ism isn't a "fad" been around for close to ten years with people practicing it before that. Low carb, again been around for quite some time.

Getting a "physique" that is unattainable is just that to 80% of natural guy. You get a physique like yours from dedication, redundancy, focus and from steroids. Majority of people can't cross that "line" because of morals or other outside circumstances. Agree, short term instant gratification is what a percentage or gym goers are hoping for, but to say their lazy is wrong, or else why would they be in the gym?

Ps I use designers so I'm not natural by any means

I didn't clarify the "vegan" I generalized. A vegetarian diet is actually a very great thing. I have a cousin who is vegan and is in phenomenal shape. I was referencing all the vegan "twist" fad diets that sprung up these last few years. Then people get on them and preach like a cult. " bitch you jumped the bandwagon stfu" lol that's my problem with it. I love the idea of a vegan healthy life. Because it's that a "lifestyle" and I respect the ability to change how you live for a goal. I got no problem with people at the gym for self gratification. A lot of my friends are just basic lifters. BUT they don't drink, party and eat like ****. I don't respect anyone who does and goes to the gym to get "in shape" but the rest of their life is whack. The lack of gym isn't their problem it's their lifestyle. I'm not saying nobody shouldn't eat burgers or fast food. I enjoy it on occasion... Last year haha. I'm a stubborn bastard that when I set my mind on something I go all in and sacrifice anything to win at what I'm doing. Gym, women, work, hell even pickup games of football doesn't matter. I refuse to fall short or not come out on top in every aspect of my life. Once I want it I get it. So I need that unattainable physique. Doesn't matter what it costs

Swelfies? Invalid Link Removed

Who likes a neck anyways.

Idk. I agree to an extent with the lifestyle/dietary choices y'all mentioned. And the workout fads. Some of it ain't bad. If a dude like me followed a proper meal plan and p90x for the 3 month rotation it wouldn't look like I followed a fad diet/workout. I'd look peeled. I've seen it help a lot of people. Same with paleo. I know people that my all means cannot digest grains. They actually can't digest much due to intestinal problems from radiation therapy. Paleo keeps her alive. Vegan. They're ass holes. They're either gross fat or gross skinny and they're worse than Jehovah's witnesses trying to get everyone to convert. Lol.

Dave I'm digging the armpit veins.

Hulk SMASH!

Dave, serious question. You look amazing but is there anything you're not satisfied with yet?

Back width and thickness. I could use more tricep sweep in my front double bicep and more outer bicep peak in my rear bicep pose. Edit* more leg sweep and hamstring seperation too

ive had guys asked me this many times, no joke lol

Me too actually haha. "If I inject GH into my dick will it grow?" Maybe... But your an idiot if you stick a needle in your dick. It's no wonder women wouldn't sleep with a guy that regarded. Dick size ain't the issue... Mental capacity to generate rational thinking might be his problem

Unless, of course, you're getting a sweet dick tattoo.

yep that's EXACTLY what they always ask hahaha, the idea of putting a needle in my shaft is terrifying. I hear about porn stars injecting Viagra straight into their shaft, fck that man

Well looking back at pics from last years show... I got my work cut out for me... Looks like I'm gunna be a heavyweight and stand toe to toe with the vets. The only thing these guys have on me is time. My coach is pretty confident. I have everything but time and there is no way to beat straight up experience unless they come in a bit off or bloated. I'm pretty stoked. Should be interesting to see how I do against some veterans

Let the peak begin!!!
