decent back session today, even tho my cat got injured when he stuck his paw into my pulley wheel when I was doing cable pulldowns..
he was not a happy camper (still kinda pissed off he is) .. lucky that thing dint sever his paw

hammerin' hank aaron gets celebrated recently for the 40th anniversary of breaking babe ruth's career home run record -- and goes off on a tangent in an interview, comparing Republicans to the KKK in how they treat Obama...

According to ESPN he never said it. I was watching SC most of the day... Lol. Idk. If he said it he's no better than the people that didn't want him to play ball back in the day. If he didn't who ever said he did really needs to start appologizing profusely!

Yeah I see a comparison. Actually it sounds quite literally like he was saying that. That's what I derive from the quote you've posted. *shrug*. I lost interest in baseball when they cracked down on juice.
 
Speaking of boring. One of my weak points got brutalized today. Tried a Ben Pakulski method for calves. Got a weight I could barely get twelve reps with then did 100 total reps in as short a time as possible. Brutal. Had a good pump but they are still lagging.

I think it should be mandatory for professional athletes to be on exorbitant amounts of steroids. We pay billions of dollars to watch these guys play, I wanna see amazing feats of superhuman qualities. I wanna see shît getting broke, guys getting their heads ripped off...hell I'd watch baseball if every ball had a good chance of busting out the lights and if a batter got beamed there'd be a good chance the ball goes THROUGH him. That's some good shît right there...just sayin

Thankie. Fringing brachialis was STUPID pumped after the above shoulder hammer curls....that short little movement for that muscle is where big ass arms are "illusioned".

Cardio time......doing a morning session today since legs are on tap for later today. Also I'm swapping walking for the elliptical to try and shock da calves. Still going to be LISS style just a different approach.

Diet got a makeover yesterday. Meal frequency increased but overall calories were reduced a good bit. Should be some drastic and very quick changes in the next few weeks.

Twelve weeks out atm. Around the ten week out mark I'll be throwing some eca I'm the game......Yeah I've got a lot of wiggle room supp wise right now with nice clean clear receptors :)

These are going to be some crazy changes... should be interesting to say the least! I know you will kill it my brother to the south.
 
Some old naked guy was standing in my picture spot at the gym so I didn't get very good lighting, but here is a leg pic....they about the same. No real changes.

Vascularity is actually down a bit from last week.

Carbs were stolen from my pre workout meal by "Nutrition Gnomes" so the pumps are gonna be a tad lackluster the next couple weeks until my body adjusts.

Even with the carb changes I had some great energy this session though. Went about things a bit different.

Cybex Squat Machine (this thing is so easy on my knees and I feel it just add much as free weights so it'll be used a lot in the near future)
Sets of eight working up to three sets of 6-8 reps with 360. Slow negative on all reps and pauses on the last two of every set for a five count....five counts sped up the last set lol. Think about ten sets total including warm up going in twenty lb increments

Banded leg press (rotated between sumo, mid platform and low platform on foot position. There were some people bands I've never seen before at my gym so I scooped them up and used those to see how I liked it......not bad not bad.)
Four full rotations with twelve to fifteen reps per foot placement about thirty seconds rest between foot placement changes. Weight was ten plates plus bands on all sets. Then a burn out with four plates plus bands and forty reps.

Hammer strength leg extension
FST7 with 35lbs per side. Forced reps on the last two sets with added resistance by pushing against myself the last two reps of those sets.

That's it......VERY high intensity with short rest and high reps......did the trick lol.
 
Hit up the grocery store....bad idea on a holiday weekend.

I spent close to 3hinge on food for the next couple weeks because i bought ALL organic foods.

I've never went straight organic before because of the price and the fact that most "organic" foods are still not all that organic.

I'll see how I'm feeling in two weeks and decide if it's worth the extra cash but I'm not expecting anything drastic.
 
sh1t was madness wasn't it? just got back myself, crazy amounts of ppl
tennis courts however were good, got 3 sets in today with the kid, good times

crazy good weather today...couldn't believe my group were the only ones at the courts!!!

slugged down a scoop of stimul8 and got 2 hours in of mostly doubles, had a great time being outdoors on a warm sunny day. good thing stimul8 is so cheap, i am loving the stuff!!!!
